I have used your company for several years now and this time when I called in I asked for (Benny) the lady that answered said she didn’t have a Benny on the list. I was happy when the truck arrived it was Benny. We were scheduled for the next day but Jose was in the neighborhood and came right over to help. He was very personable and professional. I swear he could have done the job blindfolded. He took down the old Lift Master and installed the new one including two new sensors, two new remotes, and a new wall switch all within 40 minutes. He said we'd really like the new garage door opener and he was right. I even like the sound of the new one opening. No question, while we called them because of the add in the 'value pack' mailings they are the right choice and I wouldn't call anyone else. Jose is a credit to Precision.

Wow! I was just robbed! Twice! Once by the theif who broke into my car and the by Precision Garage Door! Absolute worst company to do business with. The Technician told me Since I tampered with the opener it would be $250 to reprogram. What? All I did was program new remote controls. It took him a whole 3 minutes to fix it. Absolutely inappropriate charges. I expected to pay something but didn't expect to be robbed twice! I won't be calling again.

We had a broken hinge on our double car garage sliding door. I called this morning and offered to email a photo of the hinge so they could obtain a replacement. They arrived in three hours, checked the problem and can you believe produced a new hinge and the door was repaired very quickly. Considering travel time as well, all for a very reasonable price. Thank you wonderful Precision Door.

Rip Off.....$69.00++ for Estimate - for appt. to come and look at the damage and if I agreed to do the work it would be deducted from the final bill. Estimate extremely over priced, resulting in costing me $69.00 for a guy to come by my house for 5 minutes. Example: I was told springs on door were undersize and it would cost $600.00++ to repair. Cost of replacement springs alone were $209.00 each (Can buy heavy duty springs at Home Depot for $65.00 for Two(2) springs). Because I would not pay for the fix, I still got stuck for the $69.00++ for 5 minute visit. Called another garage door company and they fixed the problem for $195.00. This company verified that the springs were undersized but could still be used by tightening the springs. Was not given this option with Precision. I am a contractor and will never use Precision again and will not recommend them for any type of work.

I give a solid 5 stars to my experience on December 29th. My wife combed the internet and found Precision so I called. The dispatcher was very friendly and accommodating. The technician, Bill Weier, was prompt and diagnosed the problems quickly and offered the various remedies and costs. Once I decided on the course of action he expertly executed the work carefully and within a reasonable amount of time. In addition, he assisted me with syncing my new vehicle's garage remote feature which is, otherwise, complicated. He explained the features of the new equipment and made sure I understood everything. He was very helpful and is an asset to your business. I would certainly refer Precision going forward.
