I spoke with Mrs. Frank who had received her receipt by this time. I discussed the work we did and extended her a 2 yr warranty on the springs we install. She was very appreciative, saying "it brought a smile to her face", and I sent a new receipt showing the warranty. I appreciated her review since it gave me a second opportunity to gain a satisfied customer.

Mark was a very conscientious individual who methodically reviewed the entire operation of the garage door inluding the sensors, wiring, roller wheels, bearings etc. Mark made his recommendations in order to have a lasting repair for many years to come. No Receit given to me when I asked; Mark trying to sell me garage door policies at $600.and $800.or more! Said I have no warranty for $225. work! Taking advantage of a Senior Citizen which I will report! I had a new overhead system put in less than 2 years ago and now just paid $225. without a warranty!
