We contacted Precision Door on a Saturday evening and had a new motor installed within a couple of hours on the following Monday morning. Carlos gave us options and is a total pro! In addition to installing the new motor, rollers and keypad, he reinforced the door which will extend its life. Great communication from first contact too!

They respond very quickly and are quite professional in their job. The technician (Ivan Estrada) that they sent to us was excellent. He checked all aspects of our door and motor, quickly found the issue and gave us an immediate and exact quote on what was. ended. His work was very clean and professional done. My garage door was beyond my limited knowledge to repair. I did the usual of YouTube videos, tightened everything that moves and lubed everything that thought of moving. No bueno. So I turned to the experts. First, they offered same day service. I darn near fell off my chair. Agreed upon a time-frame and was pleasantly surprised when the phone rang and Edgar Sanchez said he was 10 minutes away. He opened and closed the door a few times then told me what he thought. No hard sell, no Chicken Little threats if I didn't follow his recommendations, just the facts. I made up my mind and Edgar followed through with clarity. Replaced the 15 yr old rollers and installed a 15 ft. struct that added structural integrity. Adjusted, tightened and lubed. The difference is noticeable and I'm pleased. I'd happily recommend Precision Door to anyone needing honesty and hard working individuals. Thanks, Edgar.

This morning the garage door spring snapped and broke both side cables and the door opener. Jose Perea came out the same day and got hot on the job. He was super polite, experienced and professional. I was extremely impressed with how well he did his job and how fast he had me back up and running. Jose was amazing I’m thankful for his services. 100% recommended.

Unfortunately when it comes to the Garage doors you cannot wait to get them fixed. My husband called Precision Door Service and they sent someone out in within a two hour window. I was so impressed by just that and the serviceman that came out that I will always call Precision. Very professional young man named Jorge Fortanel told us what had happened, how much it would cost to repair and he did a great job in a reasonable time. Explained our warranty to us and will always call Precision for sure. Thank you to Jorge and this company for their professionalism and courtesy.

The service guys showed up on time and in the promised service window. They did an excellent job getting my garage door working in “as new” condition again.
