Unfortunately when it comes to the Garage doors you cannot wait to get them fixed. My husband called Precision Door Service and they sent someone out in within a two hour window. I was so impressed by just that and the serviceman that came out that I will always call Precision. Very professional young man named Jorge Fortanel told us what had happened, how much it would cost to repair and he did a great job in a reasonable time. Explained our warranty to us and will always call Precision for sure. Thank you to Jorge and this company for their professionalism and courtesy.

The tech had no idea what he was doing he charged $464.00 for installing new wheels, a service call and a tune up. The door steal won’t open and close. Then he said for $1000 he could change the springs. I said no thank you. What a rip off. Turns out just need a strap at the point where the opener attached to the door. $12.00. Mesa just tried to up sell and never fixed the problem. I call this place a rip off. The Tech was clueless about garage doors and never told me any pricing until he was done replacing 1 1/2 year old rollers that looked new. Shame on you Mesa, and Shame in me for trusting they would not rip me off. GET ESTIMATES UPFRONT.

Jeff Micheloni was my technician that came out to trouble shoot the problem with my garage door opener. He was very helpful and explained everything to me and what the problems could be. From the time I called and spoke to Maryn she was very informative, when I told her what's was going on with my garage. The tech Jose came out in a few hours and was absolutely great! I give the service 5 stars...backed into my door, needed help today, and got...Bill was able to get here a couple hours earlier than appointment, and was clean and efficient...wasn't cheap, but it was an emergency (and was less than I expected)...Bill made a couple suggestions, and I am sure I will be using them for maintenance and upgrade services...thank you

Precision Garage Door were open for business at 0600 hrs Tuesday answering my emergency call. The Tech Joe was at my house by 0800hrs. The competition did not return my call till after 0800 hours. Precision Garage is Awesome!!!

Mr.Jose Perea was a responsible Technician, he called first to let us know that his coming. He performed full inspection, explain every details and give some suggestions. He did an excellent job. A fast and friendly person. The price is a little expensive but hope lifetime warranty can save us more money after changing everything.
