The tech had no idea what he was doing he charged $464.00 for installing new wheels, a service call and a tune up. The door steal won’t open and close. Then he said for $1000 he could change the springs. I said no thank you. What a rip off. Turns out just need a strap at the point where the opener attached to the door. $12.00. Mesa just tried to up sell and never fixed the problem. I call this place a rip off. The Tech was clueless about garage doors and never told me any pricing until he was done replacing 1 1/2 year old rollers that looked new. Shame on you Mesa, and Shame in me for trusting they would not rip me off. GET ESTIMATES UPFRONT.

We had a spring break above our garage door and heard a LOUD bang as the garage door attempted to close - luckily nobody was hurt but we needed a quick repair. We set up our appointment via chat and saw Jose the next day. He did a great job advising and then taking care of our issue AND he was fast - on the ball and obviously full of knowledge. Very appreciative of the great service!

Jeff Micheloni was my technician that came out to trouble shoot the problem with my garage door opener. He was very helpful and explained everything to me and what the problems could be. Within minutes he had the problem solved and had the garage door opener working again. He was very professional and took his time to explain things. I highly recommend him.

Out of the blue my automatic garage door opener stopped working properly so I called PRECISION OVERHEAD GARAGE DOOR SERVICE and was so happy that I did. From the time I called and spoke to Maryn she was very informative, when I told her what's was going on with my garage. The tech Jose came out in a few hours and was absolutely great! I am so please with the service and our new garage opener works fantastic & it's no noise like my old one!! I give the service 5 stars...backed into my door, needed help today, and got...Bill was able to get here a couple hours earlier than appointment, and was clean and efficient...wasn't cheap, but it was an emergency (and was less than I expected)...Bill made a couple suggestions, and I am sure I will be using them for maintenance and upgrade services...thank you

Precision Garage Door were open for business at 0600 hrs Tuesday answering my emergency call. The Tech Joe was at my house by 0800hrs. The competition did not return my call till after 0800 hours. Precision Garage is Awesome!!!

Mr.Jose Perea was a responsible Technician, he called first to let us know that his coming. He performed full inspection, explain every details and give some suggestions. He did an excellent job. A fast and friendly person. The price is a little expensive but hope lifetime warranty can save us more money after changing everything.

Found your web page using Google search on Internet and close the Menifee. Deeply appreciated Gary working us in on his already heavy Friday schedule. Gary professionally replaced our bent long door rod (my own definition, probably not the correct technical term), weakened lower grade springs that had been putting a strain on our opener motor, and rewound the cable that had come unwound from off the rotor when the door hit a cardboard tube blown into the path of the closing door. Lesson I learned the hard was, never place a cardboard tube adjacent to door tracks that could allow the wind to blow the tube into the path of the closing door. Door is now perfectly balanced, with a much lower load of our opener motor. Gary precisely adding just the right amount of torque to the springs, calculating the correct amount of turns he needed to add to the springs, using a known good math formula that takes into account the length of the cables, height of the door, and circumference of the cable rotors. Impressed when Gary also politely helped my neighbor that ran to ask for help, at no additional pay. So nice when a garage door professional turns out to be a really nice guy, and a fellow Marine Veteran, that also has served our country. :-)
