I had an emergency! my garage door fell off and it was hanging by 1 hinge, and Precision was there in an hour ,I was so relieved when they told me that they can fix my door the next day.I am very happy with the fast service they provided me with. My only complaint is that the price was a little high for my income but I had know choice at this point, and they were there for me when I needed help. Thank you Precision.

Technician arrived on-time despite a long ride in 4th of July traffic, was very courteous and informative and was willing to work around the compromises of the situation(trapped cars in the way, door unable to be opened,etc.) and took some mercy on my budget. Overall he represents the company very well.
