I made an online appointment on 4/23/2024 for 8am-10am on 4/24. Lisandro, the technician contacted me at 7:50 that he would be here in 10 minutes and he was. After explaining my problem to him, he proceeded to verify the issue. He said he could possibly get parts but since the opener was 19 years old, he recommended a new opener would be the best decision to which I agreed. He had one on his truck and after quoting me a price, started to work. He changed out the opener, made sure everything was replaced that was needed, adjusted the opener, adjusted the springs, realigned the door and rails, lubricated all fittings and rollers, changed safety sensors and tested the opener. He was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and cleaned the work area completely. My door and opener have been restored to as new condition. This is the second time I have used Precision Doors and am completely satisfied.

I wish I had called someone else. They truly are in the business of overcharging! Almost $1000 for what I think should be $500!

I really appreciated the quick response. I called within 2 hrs they were at my house willing to get my door working right away . The service person was knowledgeable friendly didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. When I told him I was interested in replacing my old door he went over my options and got a delivery date and installation within three days. I would recommend to anyone who needs repair or new garage door.

Worth EVERY penny. Jose was professional, very understanding, incredibly helpful, informative & friendly. He let us know the exact amount we would be spending without any last minute add ons. He spent less than an hour installing our brand new garage opener, replacing sensors & wall switch. He cleaned up after himself so well, you'd never guess we just had a repairman out to do any work at all. He even took our old opener so we didn't have to worry about disposal. HIGHLY recommend them!

"Li" Perez, the technician came by this morning to service one of our garage doors. He arrived on time and was dressed very professionally. He immediately identified the problem and provided me with options to fully repair my garage door. We choose the purchase and installation of a new "LiftMaster" # 84501. It comes with a life-time warranty and new LED lights. "Li" installed it within 1 hour and my wife and I are very happy with with his workman ship and the high quality of the "LiftMaster". Precision sent a tech to my house today to put together a quote for a double door and a single door for my 3 car garage. The tech they sent, Jorge, was an excellent representative of Precision. He had an incredible knowledge of the options available to me and walked me through them one by one, providing me with the pros and cons of so many options (chain drive vs belt drive, insulation or no, windows, material type, etc) so I would know the value of the decisions I would be making. And then gave me quotes for my top four options. Thanks to Jorge, I have a good idea how I will be treated fairly and honestly from Precision throughout the process. Thanks!
