"Li" Perez, the technician came by this morning to service one of our garage doors. He arrived on time and was dressed very professionally. Precision sent a tech to my house today to put together a quote for a double door and a single door for my 3 car garage. The tech they sent, Jorge, was an excellent representative of Precision. He had an incredible knowledge of the options available to me and walked me through them one by one, providing me with the pros and cons of so many options (chain drive vs belt drive, insulation or no, windows, material type, etc) so I would know the value of the decisions I would be making. I rate the company service a scale rating of 5, from contacting them to the Tech who comes out to resolved the problem. We have been involved with them since 2018 if I recall correctly. Their garage door works has performed with no problems and to come out again to try and get the remote from the car visor to work is good customer service. Their responding fee is $49.95, really reasonable
