As always the best. I use Precision Door from West to East and I have nothing to complain. It seems to me that they are all smiling even when you are just talking to the phone with them. They are always very accomodating regarding their schedule and arrives on time as specified. And they always do a good job after a thorough explanation of everything. Derek is the guy who came to our Loma Linda home and just by talking to him, you know that you can trust him. Thank you.

Precision Garage Door is outstanding! A live person answered my call and listened to what my situation was. My technician, Edgar, called me back within a minute to let me know that he could be at my home within the hour (and he was). He evaluated my situation, explained the solution and gave me choices. Once the work was completed he made sure everything was operating correctly and info that was helpful for me. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

When neither my wife's nor my garage door remotes worked the other day (but the wall button did), I figured it wasn't the batteries (I checked anyway) and called the number for Precision on the sticker in my garage. The technician came out, heard my description of the problem again, inspected a sensor and declared I needed a new panel/motherboard: $1700. When I recoiled at the price he referred me to someone else, who had worked on my door once before and, if he had the part, would charge us less. The second guy confirmed the diagnosis and would charge $1300. I then called my son-in-law who found that a "de-activate" (lock) button on the wall unit had been inadvertently pushed and, when reset, the door worked fine. It is implausible to me that both technicians were unable to detect, given the explanation I gave, what was really wrong. They are either incompetent or tried to fool me into buying a new opener. I called the owner (to avoid sharing an embarrassing review) and left a message but he never called me back. Would you choose this company?

Jose Perea arrived early cheerfully went about fixing springs and cables. Explained everything succinctly and with clarity. I gave four stars just because it was a little pricey.
