WOW!!! I pushed the garage door button & heard a loud click & door didn't move. I Googled "Garage door repair" & picked Precision door at random. Lucky pick! The lady that answered at 11 A.M said that somebody would be out between 12 noon & 2.P.M. Carlos came out, diagnosed the problem & everything was hunky-dory by 3 P.M. The motor was burned out & Carlos replaced it, all sensors & the door button with updated versions of the same brand. The motor was seventeen years old so it was time for it to go off into the sunset. I am not at all surprised that it burned out after seventeen years of use; it came with the house when I bought it brand-new in 2006. Everything is working perfectly now & I couldn't be happier with the service I got from Precision. It really & truly exceeded expectations.

I love this company - they're prompt (always calling if they are able to come sooner), they've always done excellent work, solved my issues, explained options, and I've never felt pressured to get work done that I didn't want. We had a small accident that bent our garage door and bumped it off the track. We were given an appointment quickly and our Precision service provider arrived promptly. He gave us options regarding panel replacement and door replacement. He also offered to put the door back on track, tweak the bent panel to get it back in position as good as possible and send us an estimate on a replacement door. We went for this last suggestion. He was very courteous and helpful. When we are ready to replace our door, we will be calling on Precision again. Thank you!

Jose Perea was our Tech. He showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He is very outgoing and has a positive personality, along with great customer service skills. Didn't try to over sell us, but was honest in what we needed. He is extremely knowledgeable in the trade and his work ethic shows attention to every detail. He made sure we understood how to operate the equipment and also tuned up a couple of things without charge. I would highly recommend Precision and Jose!

Benny was punctual and ready to get to work on our problem. After looking at the obvious loop of the chain, he diagnosed the problem and it turned out to be correct! We appreciate the options given to us befor deciding to choose which repair we wanted and before beginning the repairs. My problem was diagnosed and solved. The motherboard on my 25+ yr old garage door opener was messed up. Carlos Barragon has seen this problem before and replaced it with and new upgraded garage door opener. He was extremely courteous and professional the whole time even when it was hot in the garage and I had many questions. He was very helpful when I was getting nervous (kind of freaking out) about the price he let me know all the benefits of the new door and took the time to help me download the app and how it works. This door opens so quietly now and the app is pretty cool. Thank you for your help Carlos and Precision!

I chose Precision as they had done repairs on my garage door two years earlier. The work done this time was great. I got a new motor, rotating chain drive and 10 new nylon wheels. The cost concerned me. I was told on the phone that the motor would cost $499.00. The repairman told me he was using a new model and the cost was $799.00. I am assuming labor costs were included in the price. It runs much quieter now. I like the lifetime warranty on the motor.
