Great experience very professional organization from the first call for estimate to the final invoice. Called about a broken overhead roll-up garage door spring in the morning received and an estimate made an appointment that was just two hours later with a promise that the technician would call before arriving. The technician Jorge Fortanel called 20 minutes before showing up in a clean equipped logoed work truck (which I think shows professionalism). Before starting Mr. Fortanel did a free 25-point inspection and said everything looked good except for springs that needed replacing in pairs and suggested adding a roller bearing between springs to add to the longevity and I agreed. Mr. Fortanel was very professional and knowledgeable with suggestions for the longevity of the door. I will not hesitate to use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service again as well as refer friends and family.

Called at 800 and young lady who answered phone was very helpful and courteous. I was told that technician would be here between 10 to 12 am and he was. Technician called 10 minutes before arrival as the young lady said. He than explanined what he would to fix the door and prices. He was not pushy on the higher work. But he recommended what should be done in the future. As I’m on a fixed income I really appreciated that. For future work I will call back.

Your technician Jose Perea was friendly, professional, efficient, and arrived promptly within the time frame I was given. He was originally scheduled for a repair but alas the whole garage door opener had to be replaced. I appreciated that he had a few choices in his truck for me to choose from and explained the differences in models and prices. He installed it in a timely manner. I was also happy that they honor their service discount on their stickers that they had left on a previous visit. I would highly recommend Precision Garage door service.

Carlos and his assistant were excellent and explained what needed to be done. For now I chose the least expensive! They replaced all the rollers and recalibrated the motor and the door is perfect now but will need the new motor, etc probably rather soon! I will definitely call and request Carlos and his assistant when I do.

You guys came out on a 2 hour notice on Saturday, Carlos Barragan was the tech that showed up, very polite, knowledgeable, explain what he was gonna do, and suggested upgrade the whole system, rollers, bearings cables and springs, one of my springs had broke, which is why I called, Carlos told me what he recommended was entirely my chose, and there was no pressure to do the additional work. I went for the upgrade as it comes with a lifetime warranty on parts, and 5 years on labor. Thank you Carlos for a quick and excellent job, and thank your Precision Doors. WOW!!! I pushed the garage door button & heard a loud click & door didn't move. I Googled "Garage door repair" & picked Precision door at random. Lucky pick! The lady that answered at 11 A.M said that somebody would be out between 12 noon & 2.P.M. Carlos came out, diagnosed the problem & everything was hunky-dory by 3 P.M. The motor was burned out & Carlos replaced it, all sensors & the door button with updated versions of the same brand. The motor was seventeen years old so it was time for it to go off into the sunset. I am not at all surprised that it burned out after seventeen years of use; it came with the house when I bought it brand-new in 2006. Everything is working perfectly now & I couldn't be happier with the service I got from Precision. It really & truly exceeded expectations.
