I've seen the ads on TV of course, but was 100% convinced to go with your company when the home inspector said he'd used your company before and you did a good job for him. The immediate availability of an appointment was a definite selling point! I just bought a new house and the garage door just wasn't working right - the motor burned out two days after I moved in (not unexpected), so the motor was replaced, new springs put on since we had no idea how old they were, and the technician cleaned all the moving parts on the door - wheels, hinges, the whole works. He just did a complete and thorough job and now the door opens smoothly and so quietly! It's wonderful. I feel safer and more secure now, for sure.

Carlos did a good job of resetting the garage door opener (Guardian), it worked while he was here but after he left (about3 min later) it did it again. So I called Precision back to catch him and they did. He worked on resetting but the unit said there was a blockage so it wouldn't close. Nothing blocking so thought it was just overheating from trying it so many times. He didn't know what else to do, so he left.

I was referred by a previous client. My first contact over the phone was very friendly and professional. A representative was sent to my home the next day. Jose and Carlos (technicians) arrived early, diagnosed the problem and offered options. My decision was just to change out the remote.
