Carlos was my technician today. He called before his arrival and arrived on time. He listened to the description of the problem, asked a some questions and went to work. Everything is working great now. (Thank you Carlos!) He discussed the need for a new garage door opener in the future. He gave me general prices and pros and cons of different openers. He also answered my questions about maintaining our garage door. I'll be calling Precision Door for future service.

I've seen the ads on TV of course, but was 100% convinced to go with your company when the home inspector said he'd used your company before and you did a good job for him. The immediate availability of an appointment was a definite selling point! I just bought a new house and the garage door just wasn't working right - the motor burned out two days after I moved in (not unexpected), so the motor was replaced, new springs put on since we had no idea how old they were, and the technician cleaned all the moving parts on the door - wheels, hinges, the whole works. He just did a complete and thorough job and now the door opens smoothly and so quietly! It's wonderful. I feel safer and more secure now, for sure.

Carlos did a good job of resetting the garage door opener (Guardian), it worked while he was here but after he left (about3 min later) it did it again. So I called Precision back to catch him and they did. He worked on resetting but the unit said there was a blockage so it wouldn't close. Nothing blocking so thought it was just overheating from trying it so many times. He didn't know what else to do, so he left.

I was referred by a previous client. My first contact over the phone was very friendly and professional. A representative was sent to my home the next day. Jose and Carlos (technicians) arrived early, diagnosed the problem and offered options. My decision was just to change out the remote. They made sure my garage doors operated properly before they left. They were both very professional, friendly and exhibited excellent customer service. Technician showed up very bright and information tell me that my motherboard which bad But it was an older model I cannot fix it did not have one I want it in stock told him I would go and buy one and install it if I get into trouble I will call wish I did and they made another pointman for me very happy with the company

After I showed your service technician the broken spring on my garage door, he immediately absolved your company from any wrong doing or responsibility. I was under the assumption that your company had installed the garage door. I was not aware that a different company had installed the door and your company had installed the door opener. So, I was caught between the two. The technician gave me an estimate which was far out of my budget. The cheapest price he gave me was close to $500 dollars. To some, that is not a lot of money, but, to me, living on social security and retirement, it is. I asked him if there was anyway for me to open the door by hand. He just shook his head and said “no.” It was almost as if he was saying “that’s my offer, you can accept it or be stuck with a garage door that won’t open.” I was not satisfied with this service call.

Gilbert Garcia was the technician. He was skilled, personable, and answered all of our questions. He replaced the broken door springs and did maintenance that would help prevent future problems. We felt he had genuine concern for our welfare. He followed the COVID19 regulations and also did the repairs quickly. We felt safe. We feel the company was honest in their pricing. They notified us of every step of the repair and provided a detailed statement. We have confidence in Gilbert Garcia and will recommend Precision to our friends.
