Gilbert Garcia was the technician. He was skilled, personable, and answered all of our questions. He replaced the broken door springs and did maintenance that would help prevent future problems. We felt he had genuine concern for our welfare. He followed the COVID19 regulations and also did the repairs quickly. We felt safe. We feel the company was honest in their pricing. They notified us of every step of the repair and provided a detailed statement. We have confidence in Gilbert Garcia and will recommend Precision to our friends.

I had an issue with my garage, I called them and they said they would have a technician out within two hours. Precision representative Jose Perea replaced a 20-year-old garage door opener with a Liftmaster with MyQ capability. Despite an overhead install challenge due to a storage area above, Mr. Perea improvised, completing a professional installation. In addition, because of newer technology, Mr. ensured all existing door openers/clickers were synced and operational. Bottom line, Mr. Perea completed a professional installation with concurrent, outstanding customer service!

Needed an emergency garage door repair, spring broke. I was able to arrange an appointment that fit into my busy schedule and was very pleased when the repairman, Jose, arrived a little early. Jose was knowledgeable and took the time to examine the situation then explain it in detail to us. Though I think the cost is high, it was well within the range of what we found when researching it on the internet. Excellent service! My Precision Overhead Garage Door was not functioning properly. I called for service and the Riverside company sent Steve to troubleshoot. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He provided me with several possible "fixes". I chose one and he completed the repair in several hours. The work was expensive, but the repair is done and the overhead garage door works very well. I recently moved into my home in Yucaipa. I found that there was some maintenance needed on three garage door openers. I also needed a full set of remotes and two key pads. Steven came out and did an inspection on the older Genie opener. It was discovered that it had a weak torsion spring. He replaced that and did additional maintenance. He also did the maintenance on two LiftMaster openers. The difference on the Genie amazed me. It is now smooth and quiet whereas before it sounded like it was going to fall apart at any moment. Everything is back to good working order. Steven is a friendly, professional man and fully explained what was needed. Based on the service he provided I would recommend Precision without hesitation. After I showed your service technician the broken spring on my garage door, he immediately absolved your company from any wrong doing or responsibility. I was under the assumption that your company had installed the garage door. I was not aware that a different company had installed the door and your company had installed the door opener. So, I was caught between the two. The technician gave me an estimate which was far out of my budget. The cheapest price he gave me was close to $500 dollars. To some, that is not a lot of money, but, to me, living on social security and retirement, it is. I asked him if there was anyway for me to open the door by hand. He just shook his head and said “no.” It was almost as if he was saying “that’s my offer, you can accept it or be stuck with a garage door that won’t open.” I was not satisfied with this service call.
