Carlos did a good job of resetting the garage door opener (Guardian), it worked while he was here but after he left (about3 min later) it did it again. So I called Precision back to catch him and they did. He worked on resetting but the unit said there was a blockage so it wouldn't close. Nothing blocking so thought it was just overheating from trying it so many times. He didn't know what else to do, so he left.

I was referred by a previous client. My first contact over the phone was very friendly and professional. A representative was sent to my home the next day. After I showed your service technician the broken spring on my garage door, he immediately absolved your company from any wrong doing or responsibility. I was under the assumption that your company had installed the garage door. I was not aware that a different company had installed the door and your company had installed the door opener. So, I was caught between the two. The technician gave me an estimate which was far out of my budget. The cheapest price he gave me was close to $500 dollars. To some, that is not a lot of money, but, to me, living on social security and retirement, it is. I asked him if there was anyway for me to open the door by hand. He just shook his head and said “no.” It was almost as if he was saying “that’s my offer, you can accept it or be stuck with a garage door that won’t open.” I was not satisfied with this service call.

Gilbert Garcia was the technician. He was skilled, personable, and answered all of our questions. He replaced the broken door springs and did maintenance that would help prevent future problems. Precision representative Jose Perea replaced a 20-year-old garage door opener with a Liftmaster with MyQ capability. Despite an overhead install challenge due to a storage area above, Mr. Perea improvised, completing a professional installation. In addition, because of newer technology, Mr. ensured all existing door openers/clickers were synced and operational. Bottom line, Mr. Perea completed a professional installation with concurrent, outstanding customer service!

Needed an emergency garage door repair, spring broke. I was able to arrange an appointment that fit into my busy schedule and was very pleased when the repairman, Jose, arrived a little early.
