Excellent service! My Precision Overhead Garage Door was not functioning properly. I called for service and the Riverside company sent Steve to troubleshoot. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He provided me with several possible "fixes". I chose one and he completed the repair in several hours. The work was expensive, but the repair is done and the overhead garage door works very well. I recently moved into my home in Yucaipa. I found that there was some maintenance needed on three garage door openers. I also needed a full set of remotes and two key pads. Steven came out and did an inspection on the older Genie opener. It was discovered that it had a weak torsion spring. He replaced that and did additional maintenance. He also did the maintenance on two LiftMaster openers. The difference on the Genie amazed me. It is now smooth and quiet whereas before it sounded like it was going to fall apart at any moment. Everything is back to good working order. Steven is a friendly, professional man and fully explained what was needed. Based on the service he provided I would recommend Precision without hesitation. I search for local garage door vendors and Precision had the highest rating for customer service and warranty. I was not disappointed. The garage door motor stopped working but when it did it was loud and horrible sounding. Jose, quickly problem solved the main issues we were having and it was best to replace the motor put a new seal on the door and he even replaced a strut that was originally installed improperly. When he was done, within an hour, it opened beautifully, quietly. We are excited to have the smartphone option remote too! I am very pleased and feel that if I ever have any issue with it in the future a friendly, competent Precision Tech will solve the issue. Thank you, Jose!

Suddenly, my garage door wouldn't open, so I called at 10 am the next morning and someone came out in two hours. The repairman was pleasant and well-trained. He showed me the broken springs, told me the rollers were bad and the track needed lubrication. I was shown a list of charges for the repairs before he began. My door works and sound great now.
