Jose was a joy to work with. As soon as he entered the garage the door worked perfectly. Must be his aura! After testing it several times it finally malfunctioned and he was able to identify the problem and fix it quickly. He also indicated that the springs making the clunking noise indicated they were about to break. We now have new springs which should last for many years and the door is so much more quiet now. In fact we like to open and close it just to experience not hearing it any more! Thanks again Precision Door Service and a HUGE Atta-boy to Jose.

I was not happy with the first flake that was suppose to be out Tuesday before 12:00. He called and said he would be late about 2hours. We had an appointment, so he said he would be there at 9:00 Wednesday first thing. My husband waited till 10:05 and had to leave. 10:30 the guy calls and leaves a message he was here and had to leave.I was pissed!i called and talked to a girl in the office. She did send a man out who helped us. Iam waiting for a receipt for the work done. He said it would be emailed to me.I don't think you want me to go on Facebook . I really was not to happy.thank you.

By the time I spoke with Mrs. Trousas she had the receipt but was concerned that she had not gotten credit for a coupon she had. I explained to her that the first technician was hung up on the job prior to hers, which she understood. However, I apologized for the following morning, as that was not handled appropriately by the first technician, but it has been addressed with the technician. Second choice on the internet. first choice could not get here until tomorrow. Much more expensive than I was expecting. The service was more than the twice the cost of the original door 24 years ago. The young man doing the service was very efficient it seemed. He was also very polite.
