Great service. Service tech came early, called to say he was on his way, showed us exactly what was wrong, brought in his ipad so we could clearly read the two quotes, explaining exactly what he was going to do and why. It took less than an hour as he was extremely efficient, very personable and pleasant. Highly recommend this company.

Kevin the garage technician came at 12 for a broken spring. He informed me I had multiple worn parts for on my garage door set-up. Replaced everything with modern parts with a lifetime warranty under a hour. Extremely satisfied now I have a labor free warranty for 5 years.

I can't say enough about the great service that I received from Precision Garage Door. Jose came to my home and quickly diagnosed the problem. Jose explained everything very clearly that was wrong, and what I needed to fix the problem and the cost. There were no hidden costs or surprises. Jose then quickly and efficiently replaced the undersized springs and the rollers with surgical precision. It was amazing to watch the repair process. Jose is very professional and loves the work that he does and the interactions with the customers. I highly recommend Jose and Precision Garage Door Service.

Precision wasn’t my first call… it wa my 2nd I’m kinda home alone now and didn’t know what was really wrong or how broken my door was But Li the tech was awesome and wonderful talked me through everything and since I’m kinda alone he made sure to fix for the Long term explaining how to care for toot as well!! Something I didn’t know anything about.. great service customer wise and work wise have y’all taped up in the garage now to call if needed Thanks again for the fast response!!! Worth EVERY penny. Jose was professional, very understanding, incredibly helpful, informative & friendly. He let us know the exact amount we would be spending without any last minute add ons. He spent less than an hour installing our brand new garage opener, replacing sensors & wall switch. He cleaned up after himself so well, you'd never guess we just had a repairman out to do any work at all. He even took our old opener so we didn't have to worry about disposal. HIGHLY recommend them!

"Li" Perez, the technician came by this morning to service one of our garage doors. He arrived on time and was dressed very professionally. He immediately identified the problem and provided me with options to fully repair my garage door. We choose the purchase and installation of a new "LiftMaster" # 84501. It comes with a life-time warranty and new LED lights. "Li" installed it within 1 hour and my wife and I are very happy with with his workman ship and the high quality of the "LiftMaster". I really appreciated the quick response. I called within 2 hrs they were at my house willing to get my door working right away . The service person was knowledgeable friendly didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. When I told him I was interested in replacing my old door he went over my options and got a delivery date and installation within three days. I would recommend to anyone who needs repair or new garage door.
