Jorge was very professional and very courteous. He listened to our problem and then inspected the door and opener device. I purchased a Rebuild Package from Precision Garage Door in 2014. I recently noticed that one of the items in the rebuild package was showing some wear. I scheduled a service appointment to inspect the item. The Service Tech arrived on time and inspected all of the components of my garage door. The Service Tech agreed that the component in question was showing unusable wear. The component was replaced and all it cost me was labor. Going on the great reviews I decided to go with this company. The tech working appeared knowledgeable and stated he was the field supervisor Jose. He worked fast and about 30 min later and $1200 for springs, rollers and everything but a new motor , the work was done. I asked why so expensive?Jose replied because of increased price since Covid , fast work, quick response and great customer service. I noticed 2 days later that all the silicone bled out on the exterior of the garage. I texted Jose and no answer after 4 hrs. I called and he replied yep That’s silicone. I asked if he could come back and get it off and he said “ oh you want me to do it”? I said yes. He said he would txt me a date that would work for both of us and I haven’t heard back from him. It’s 3 weeks . I texted again and no reply . Once they get your money if something’s wrong you forget it. Beware ! Too expensive and they don’t hold up to a honest commitment !

It was a good experience so far, the service guy came out in a good time frame for the free estimate for different options I had from rebuilding my old garage door to getting a new door and motor. I was scheduled for 2-4 pm. Instead Jose came about 12:30 and was done by 1:30. Excellent work done, replacing the spring and cables. He also added a strut to strengthen the door. I am very pleased with the work done and the speed of the service.
