Its great to finally get some good customer service. It started with the phone call being answered by a very courteous and helpful person to a very professional tech who called to let me know his time of arrival. He fixed the problem quickly and did not try to up sell other repairs I was not expecting.

Precision sent a tech to my house today to put together a quote for a double door and a single door for my 3 car garage. The tech they sent, Jorge, was an excellent representative of Precision. He had an incredible knowledge of the options available to me and walked me through them one by one, providing me with the pros and cons of so many options (chain drive vs belt drive, insulation or no, windows, material type, etc) so I would know the value of the decisions I would be making. And then gave me quotes for my top four options. Thanks to Jorge, I have a good idea how I will be treated fairly and honestly from Precision throughout the process. Thanks!

Technician was early. Technician called for permission to arrive early. Technician explained the problem and warned against using certain products to lubricate door hinges and chain. Technician was very helpful and explained what was needed to fully repair my old door.

The tech. was helpful and polite.I couldn't have asked for a better tech. Had 2 other techs. out here prior, and I wouldn't have trusted them to open the garage door. I will only do business with Precision from now on. For 5 years the burglers near had a code grabber and I had to open the door manually. I was assured this motor is high security. I tried doing some maintenance on my door. I saw a wheel out of the rail and unbolted it to put it back in place. I didn’t realize it was the spring location and my door blew apart! They came on a holiday and put everything back together within hrs. Not cheap but very professional.

Very nice installation of our new garage door opener. Jorge Fortanel was great and he answered all my questions. Installation was fast and efficient. Cost was a bit pricey and they only carry LiftMaster openers but it didnt prevent us from using their service.

Eric Parra was the technician that installed a new garage door motor. The prior one was over 15-yrs. Eric was thorough in explaining/showing me the repair that would be completed. He called prior to his arrival, his appearance was professional [he was COVID-19 compliant] and he removed all debris from the unboxing. He completed the replacement within 1 1/2hrs. On 2/23/2021 one of your technician Shane Stewart came to look at our Guardian garage door opener that was not working. He took about 45 seconds to push a few buttons on the unit and said the motor was gone and we needed to replace the unit and offered us a few options. After making a phone call to my husband at work we opted not to move forward since my husband was extremely upset that this unit was less than 3 years old and should not have gone out so soon. We paid Shane the $49.95 for the service fee. I searched deeper into our files and found the Instruction manual for this unit and when my husband returned home from work he looked over the manual and it took him less than 10 minutes to get the garage door opener to work. We are extremely disappointed in your techs knowledge of the garage door opener (the motor is not fried) and that fact that he would push your 800.00 and 600.00 unit when in fact it wasn't needed. We are requesting a refund of your service charge. You can find all the information needed on Work order # 5398840 Invoice # 03826801. I received your Company's name and phone number directly from Guardian and I will be sending them an e-mail letting them know about the service your tech provided. I hope you take this information and follow up with your business practices appropriately. He also showed up at my door without a mask. I don't have an issue with that but other people might, just a heads up.
