Garage door stopped halfway, then jammed and lost a couple of wheels. We were able to get an appointment for our earliest availability, and our repair man, Ivan Estrada, was not only right on time, but friendly, and fast! He got everything worked out in about an hour and a half or so, and in 105 degree weather. We can recommend Precision -- and Ivan -- wholeheartedly and without reservation. Called Precision Garage Door service of Riverside first thing in the morning and was able to get same day service, was so happy! Was told he be here between 10am-12 . Jorge F. Called before 10 that he be here in 20 mins. Showed up on time, was very informative, helpful, and patient being we had a lot of questions to which he answered kindly and professionally. He gave us options to what we can do or have done after his inspection then walked us thru it. When we made our choice, he got right on it, worked without a glitch and was done with in an hour. Again he walk us thru all the replacements and maintenance that was done. My garage door is now working smoothly again. Jorge is a very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable man. I made an online appointment on 4/23/2024 for 8am-10am on 4/24. Lisandro, the technician contacted me at 7:50 that he would be here in 10 minutes and he was. After explaining my problem to him, he proceeded to verify the issue. He said he could possibly get parts but since the opener was 19 years old, he recommended a new opener would be the best decision to which I agreed. He had one on his truck and after quoting me a price, started to work. He changed out the opener, made sure everything was replaced that was needed, adjusted the opener, adjusted the springs, realigned the door and rails, lubricated all fittings and rollers, changed safety sensors and tested the opener. He was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and cleaned the work area completely. My door and opener have been restored to as new condition. This is the second time I have used Precision Doors and am completely satisfied.

Last year on April 5th we had Nicholas Martinez come to do some work on our garage door. He did a very good job. Nicholas told us that often the company will have their technicians do the work and give a lower price by not going directly through the company. We were happy and had him do the work. We wrote a check directly to Nicholas. On Wednesday we were backing out of the garage and hit the door with our car before it was all the way up. So we wrecked the door. We called Precision Door Company and today Jose Martinez came out. We learned from Jose that we were scammed by Nicholas and that he had done this same thing to many others. We feel like such fools. Jose told us to never write a check to an individual, only to the company. It is a hard lesson for us. We will be getting a new door. In the meantime Jose has fixed it so that it works for now and we are grateful to him for that.

I really appreciated the quick response. I called within 2 hrs they were at my house willing to get my door working right away . The service person was knowledgeable friendly didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. When I told him I was interested in replacing my old door he went over my options and got a delivery date and installation within three days. I would recommend to anyone who needs repair or new garage door.

Service tech came early, called to say he was on his way, showed us exactly what was wrong, brought in his ipad so we could clearly read the two quotes, explaining exactly what he was going to do and why. It took less than an hour as he was extremely efficient, very personable and pleasant. Highly recommend this company.

I can't say enough about the great service that I received from Precision Garage Door. Jose came to my home and quickly diagnosed the problem. Jose explained everything very clearly that was wrong, and what I needed to fix the problem and the cost. There were no hidden costs or surprises. Jose then quickly and efficiently replaced the undersized springs and the rollers with surgical precision. It was amazing to watch the repair process.
