"Li" Perez, the technician came by this morning to service one of our garage doors. He arrived on time and was dressed very professionally. He immediately identified the problem and provided me with options to fully repair my garage door. We choose the purchase and installation of a new "LiftMaster" # 84501. It comes with a life-time warranty and new LED lights. "Li" installed it within 1 hour and my wife and I are very happy with with his workman ship and the high quality of the "LiftMaster". I purchased a Rebuild Package from Precision Garage Door in 2014. I recently noticed that one of the items in the rebuild package was showing some wear. I scheduled a service appointment to inspect the item. The Service Tech arrived on time and inspected all of the components of my garage door. The Service Tech agreed that the component in question was showing unusable wear. The component was replaced and all it cost me was labor.
