My garage door technician Jose Perea arrived at my scheduled appointment time and date of 8/21/2020. He was awesome! I needed new cables for my main garage door because after 12 years, they were getting frayed and wornout. He was very fast and detailed on accomplishing the job expertly. I'm very happy with his performance. Please if you need an expert, request Jose Perea. He's the best!

I don't normally write reviews, but I am taking the time to do so today because I received excellent same day service. My 15 year old garage door was damaged after hitting something on its way down. Not only did Jorge repair the damage, but replaced all of the old hardware which included a lifetime warranty and did so in record time. He was on time, and very professional. Hello Don. Yes the garage doors are wonderful, The only problem, is the outside doors sealer around the doors. Shawn came by to evaluate. He is going to replace the top section. I'm not sure what you call it, but it seals the outside of garage doors. Hopefully it does the job to look good so the neighbors can admire as I would.

Garage door would not close. Technician recognized door sensor problem within a minute of checking door. Technician corrected the sensor problem and gave excellent advice of what to do if the problem happened again. I received excellent service.

Mr.Jaquez was professional and advised me what needed to be repaired, he did the job quickly and I was satisfied with his work. I’m giving a five star because the response time and work but believe that for what needed to be done it was a little expensive and more then I thought it should be.

Jose came out and advised us that our old opener was dead. Gave us an estimate on a new opener with installation. Was pleased with qouted price and gave him the go ahead to replace the old one. Am very pleased with the installation and with the professionalism Jose showed during the installation process. I am also very pleased with the personable attitude Jose showed. What a huge waste of my time! Dean doesn’t have the courtesy to reply to an email or to return a call after two phone messages were left. I wanted to have him install a new garage door opener and replace the seals. I’ll be calling another business for help.

I just want to thank you for coming out to fix my garage door even though the original installation was not done properly by Derek olear but I should have not be charged for shoddy workmanship. It shouldn’t matter if it was a holiday or not. This is not a proper way to do business and charge people $89 for fixing the company’s mistake. I would appreciate a refund. Thank you.

I had a problem with my door opener today. Thinking is was a minor thing I called your company and a service man came the same day .. He assessed the problem and found the motor was bad. He tryed everything to get it going but the last resort was to buy a new garage door opener. He did a great job replacing it . As hot as it was, he replaced the old one and did very good work. I would give him a 5 star rating. Very pleasant.

I paid $800 for a service. I learned later that several of my neighbors had the same service from other companies and paid between $250 And $350.

I am sorry there was a misunderstanding. I am not sure what your neighbors had done, but what you got from us is our rebuild package which includes replacing all the major moving parts on your door with premium grade parts, and a lifetime warranty on those parts for as long as you live in your home. I hope this explains our costs, and thank you for your feedback and for being our customer..

Awesome customer service and installation performance! I called to arrange for an estimate appointment for the replacement of my two garage door openers just after 10 this morning. The estimator/installer was at my door an hour and a half later. He provided me with a fair price for two great openers and had them with him. By 2:30 this same afternoon, my ultra quiet and high tech openers were installed, programmed to open with the "Homelink" buttons in each of our two cars, and our cellphones were programmed to monitor and operate the door openers from any remote location where we have internet access. Awesome people and awesome service!
