The garage door sounds so silent. I like that. Jose Perea was a great repairman. And he loves to work with a beat of music. He kept instep and had the opener done and gave me instructions as a professional would. Thank you also for being a company I can trust. Carolyn McKnight

We have used Precision Door Service three times since 2006. Each time they have been very quick to respond, given us choices for fixing the problem to balance cost with performance, and left us as happy customers. George was professional, on time, explained our options thoroughly, and fixed the immediate problem (so we can manage until we can replace it).

I currently have a precision opener and the performance and quiet operation of the opener is the best. However upon making an appt to have an additional opener installed in another garage I was told a technician would be out to provide me an estimate. An appt was scheduled. On appt day 2 technicians arrived and instantly advised my existing opener sounded terrible as well as my garage door and all needed repair. Then they proceeded to to try and upsell me on services I expressed I was not interested in. I requested a quote on garage door opener and installation only and again received the high pressure sales tactic to install NOW. Fortunately I did not cave to the pressure and requested a quote in writing which I did promptly receive via email. I love my existing precision opener and know that it is worth a bit more money for a quality product. But for me personally I will go with another company before I deal with poor customer service. A professional discussion of what I want and what is available (including upgraded options) without the NOW or never pressure is so much nicer.

We are customers of yours since las year in December when we reach out to your Company to service our garage door, broke spring. Your technician Jorge did an excellent job, so this time it was a noise that I detected and was afraid to have any damage done to the door, we trusted him then and I did not see any reason not to trust him again, his service was once again excellent. Thanks Jorge!

Jose was very professional and was upfront with cost and was very informative and efficient. He rebuilt my door, new springs rollers, cable. He also made sure that my bottom seal and remote control was brought out and installed the next day by Jorge who was professional and got the job done quick.

Good reviews on your website caused us to call. Serviceman, George, was excellent: knowledgeable, courteous, perfect installation. Phone person: pleasant, attentive to details, set up the appointment immediately. We are enjoying the new garage door opener. Thank you.

WOW!!! It's not every day you find a company that exceeds your expectations, however, I am so impressed. Called Precision about noon today and within 2 hours they arrived. The technician Jose Perea was fantastic!! Explained everything...installed the opener and I couldn't have been more pleased. Obviously he's done this a time or two...but the attention to detail and professional installation was amazing. Can't wait until my other opener dies.....I will be calling Precision again and requesting Jose as the technician! I couldn't be happier!!!! Outstanding Job!!!

I was told The only appointment available would be tomorrow and I explained that my car was stuck in my garage and I had no way to get it out till someone could come fix the door. Jose Perea called me about 10 minutes later and was at my house 30 minutes after the phone call. He was professional and very helpful. He explain what was wrong and had everything fixed after about 20 minutes! If anything goes wrong with my garage again i will defiantly call Precision again!
