I chose Precision Door for all my garage door needs now as they came to my rescue a couple of years ago when my garage door would open and I was desperate to get it fixed ASAP and they came out that night and replaced the motor, springs and checked all the joints and the track to make sure it was back in perfect order and i was good to go the next morning. I have them do my yearly maintenance check and all the techs are super professional and go over everything they did with you. Thank you Precision Door for helping me out !!!! :-)

The girl on the phone was terrific, put me down for the same day between 2-4 Jose Perea drove up and was johnny on the spot. I showed him the bad casters and he scoped it out in a few minutes, repaired it quickly, oiled the springs and all is well. GREAT job

Field Service Tech came out right away and found the problem. Put down 50% deposit ($300) for the garage door system and was told Stephanie would call to set up installation appointment. No call came. I have called them multiple times (it's a dispatch person), gave up and asked for a refund. Now, they won't call me back. Filing a police report on Monday and one with BBB.

Precision Door Service is an excellent garage door company. The techs are always on time and very professional and friendly. They get the job done quickly but properly and explain what they did and show you that the problem you may or may not have had is now fixed. Warning: Be sure you receive several bids before you do business with this business We had a door installed and was over charged by a much as $500.00, The cost was $1470.00. Additionally, the installer,two technicians and owner Don could not resolve our issue with the door opener closing. We had to contact Arrow Garage Door in Hemet to troubleshoot the problem and this was their finding: > limit switch was bad which we told the second technician to check and he stated this was not the issue. Both technicians wanted us to replace the Garage door opener and the board in the opener. > Arrow Garage Door informed us the exact same door by the same manufacturer would have cost us $900.00 installed. Precision door is not a reputable company in our opinion and we will never do business with them again. Buyers beware

We inherited an old working garage door and opener when we bought our house 7 years ago. We decided to 'nurse' the old door opener until it was time to invest in a new one. The repair men have been gracious and understanding when having to 'bandage' the opener. It won't be long before we call them to remove and install our choice of new door and opener.

This crew was great. Pleasant, efficient, and organized. The first time I had someone come out, my door should have been fixed. They were pleasant, just didn't make an effort to determine what the noise was. This could have cost me more money if I wasn't persistent.

The Tech came as agreed and after diagnosing the problem (short Roller hanging up on our rail) installed a longer roller. He lubricated all of the hinge points and it is much quieter. He was friendly, personable and remembered installing my door in 2014.
