Was easy setting appointment for repair. Service was fast & freindly. Only had mix up with appointment seter as to what was right part & price, Shane said they had priced the smaller springs that would have worked but not lasted as long. Was to busy and forgot to give your tec my $30 of coupon shame on me. Thanks for fast service, would definlety recomend. Hard to get same day service and be charged extra.

Your technicians were very thorough in explaining the repairs needed. Gave us a choice of 3 levels of repairs that we could do. They rebuilt the garage door from top to bottom. I was not a fan of the price but satisfied with the lifetime warranty knowing this is the last time we will have a expense on our door.

Lance arrived on time and ready to work. He was thorough and was finished in the time he said it would take to repair the garage door. He explained what he would replace and what it would cost up front. I would absolutely go with Precision again! Unfortunately the electricity was turned off because work was being done in the area and we couldn't test the door, but Lance said if we had ANY problem he would come back to address it. Cody did a great job!Nice to call Sunday morning and have it fixed by 3:00 that afternoon.I did have to adjust the down force on my 7 year old opener the next morning,as the door would bind atouch on one side and open back up.Will keep an eye on it and call if it needs to be adjusted.5 stars,thank you

I found Precision Door Service in my local yellow pages. My husband was having trouble with his single door opening so I called Precision they came within the four hour window block that had been given to me. My technician was Jose as soon as he saw the door he knew what the problem was, very simple a rake was blocking the sensor. He told me there would be no charge and he would be on his way, but feeling guilty for my stupidity I asked if he would please check out the doors anyway to avoid future problems. He kindly checked the doors out and explained that I had the wrong springs on my door and showed me the problem. He did tell me that I could burn out the motor in the future and that I would then have a problem. So being he was already here and to avoid future issues I asked him to please correct the problem. He had all the parts fixed the springs on both my doors greased the tracks now my doors work just fine and are much more quiet when raising them up. I will be sure to recommend Precision Doors to friends and I will call them again if I ever have a garage door problem again. It is so awesome to see that there are honest professionals out there you just need to know where to find them. There e-mail system and site was very easy to navigate and very informative. Great job to your web designer. I wish your staff and business the best of luck and for sure I would recommend you 100%. Thank you for a job well done. Debbie
