Our standard price for a "lube and tune" is $79.95. This includes lubing and tuning all moving parts and making minor adjustments as needed. This service is needed at least on an annual basis.

I attempted to reply yesterday but I don't think it went went out so I'll try once more. Brent Bassett was the service tech that came as scheduled to repair my garage door. I wouuld like to say he did an excellent job repairing the door as well as explaining just what the difficulty was. Pleasure doing business with Precision, thank you.

Made an appointment expressing that I most likely needed a replacement garage door opener. I never received any calls prior to appointment, detailing what my options were or what was available. Technician showed up without any openers available. He stated that they were currently out of doors, yet the installation price would increase if I were to provide my own. I asked him to check on the availability of a door opener, and call me back to set up an install. I never received any call back after over a week.

Whereas I thought that an exchange of door openers was a simple job, after seven hours, I could not get the travel and force setting correct and the door would not function properly. Lucky for me, Brent was able to make the adjustments required to complete the job. Thank you!

We were so impressed. We contacted Precision for an unknown repair of garage door for our sister in Hemet. You contacted us back almost immediately......within several minutes, and were so courteous. Gary came out on the scheduled time (holiday weekend, even). Lubricated and adjusted door that hadn't worked for more than a decade, checked the opener that wouldn't work, provided us with a new one. Professional, Punctual, and Personable. Couldn't have asked for more. Thanks. Would definitely use again.

They showed up a little late for our install but other than that they did a good job at a good price. We had several other company's come out for estimates and all the other company's could not do the install for a few weeks. Where precision did the install just a few days later. We had planned on going with Mesa because we heard them on the radio all the time but after two different attempts on getting one of there guys out to us and neither one could find us because they could not follow simple directions I gave up on them. And precision was great
