Your company, different owners, installed the original door in 1999, then replaced it a couple of years later as it got damaged. We called upon you again about 6 years ago to install a door for my inlaws, the Izzarelli's. The tech. was there earlier than expected (good), gave me my options, did not "high pressure me" to go another way, accepted my decision and went on about his business in a courteous and efficient manner.

To Whom It May Concern, This letter is to notify Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of what an excellent job one of their employees did. His name is Dave White. He came out on 10-10-12 to _____ W. Posey Dr in Hemet. He had to replace the main gear and the one old spring with two new ones. He explained everything so well. He ran into problems due to the condition everything was in. He spent more time than expected, I'm sure. He even had to come back the next day after work to finish. He lowered the overhead arm and reinforced the top door panel with a horizontal bar and vertical brace. I thought we would need a new door. He made it work and look better than before. Accolades for Jeff Bowles, employee. On April 27, 2011 on the occasion of a minor problem with my G/D operation, Jeff Bowles from Precision appeared to peruse and solve. This whole occasion became uncommon. That is Jeff not only discovered the source of the problem, he also explained the cause and in detail the methods of solution(s). Now, this is rare for me, just a retired "Joe Blow". He proceeded to give the entire operation a devoted "exam" of all moving parts, and in my language the functions of each. He also found weak areas to be patrolled. All of this had no connection to a sales promotion. It was simply, Jeff Bowles, sincere, honest, veracious, and so beneficial to my needs, all of which is so exceptional and unusual these days.
