I spoke with Mr. Chumbley regarding his thought explaining that I appreciate his input because we can't fix it if we don't know it. We have been back to address his concerns. One being his warranty and the other being door noise. We did install high cycle springs (which are higher quality than the standard springs) and new rollers on his door that carry a lifetime warranty. His prior door and opener were different from what he has presently. His present door is non-insulated steel vs insulated before, and his opener is a 1/3 hp screw drive vs a 1/2 hp belt drive before. This makes a huge difference in the noise levels, which Mr. Chumbley now understands, and states "his next opener will definitely be a belt drive.

I needed immediate help with a troublesome garage door at my rental property. It was a Friday and I didn't have time to work on this unexpected project that day. I found you via your website and appreciated that the phone was answered when I called (I also left a vm for another garage door repair company I found on the internet and still have not received a call back). To make a long story short, I ended up getting the "rebuild". The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and followed through with my specific requests. The problem was solved that same day and did not consume my entire day as I had feared. I had a few questions along the way, and found it quite easy to get the support, beyond the technician, that I desired in order to feel confident in this transaction. Andrew did a very proffessinal installation for us and was most personable. He instructed us on how to maintain our garage door hardware, and answered all questions in terms we could understand. Accolades for Jeff Bowles, employee. On April 27, 2011 on the occasion of a minor problem with my G/D operation, Jeff Bowles from Precision appeared to peruse and solve. This whole occasion became uncommon. That is Jeff not only discovered the source of the problem, he also explained the cause and in detail the methods of solution(s). Now, this is rare for me, just a retired "Joe Blow". He proceeded to give the entire operation a devoted "exam" of all moving parts, and in my language the functions of each. He also found weak areas to be patrolled. All of this had no connection to a sales promotion. It was simply, Jeff Bowles, sincere, honest, veracious, and so beneficial to my needs, all of which is so exceptional and unusual these days. Hey you have a great P.R. fellow for precision whenever, wherever, he exits his service truck! I ask that Jeff be crowned as an appropriate way by all his Precision cheiftains. Cheers!
