Nick was an amazingly professional, personable and an expert technician who quickly identified the problem and pointed out long term maintenance options. I called early in the morning about the issue and by 11am the technician was here! I was sent text and email alerts and had the option to get an introduction to Nick before he arrived. Major repairs were made efficiently and quickly, after all options were explained and an estimate was provided. My wife and I are sold! Precision will be our go-to team for future garage door services!

The gentleman who provided the estimate was very professional. We got our estimate when promised and paid our deposit the morning of 11/18. We were told Simone would call us to schedule the install. When I still hadn’t heard by Monday, I called and spoke to your office. She said she was unable to reach the install team, but someone would get back to us immediately. Still no word as of night of 11/22. I am beginning g to wonder if I should cancel the credit card payment

Unfortunately when it comes to the Garage doors you cannot wait to get them fixed. My husband called Precision Door Service and they sent someone out in within a two hour window. I was so impressed by just that and the serviceman that came out that I will always call Precision. Very professional young man named Jorge Fortanel told us what had happened, how much it would cost to repair and he did a great job in a reasonable time. Explained our warranty to us and will always call Precision for sure. Thank you to Jorge and this company for their professionalism and courtesy.

My neighbor suggested calling you, that’s how I got your number. 1st day; Carlos was very professional, courteous,…. He did the checkup and explained what wasn’t working, door opener, but that everything else seem to be working: door, rollers, …. 2nd day: He started the work and when finished he explained how to use the door opener on the wall. He also said that it had a life time warranty. I can only hope that this garage opener will last for a number of years like he said and that I wouldn’t have any problems with it in the near by future. I felt along, with my neighbor that it was a bit costly but hopefully I made the right choice.

Once per year I have Precision Door Service come out and do a maintenance check on my garage door to be sure it is in good working order and that all the joints are lubricated properly and that the door is running correctly in the track and they always do a super great job and inform me of what they did and that because of this yearly maintenance my door is in excellent condition and running properly. Thank you Precision for your great work !!

My technician, Benny, was great. He called to let me know he was on his way. Benny made the repair to the weather stripping on my overhead door. He also sprayed the hinges, roller areas along with making an adjustment on the down force on the door. Benny is a true professional.

Absolutely outstanding service provided by Precision! Called in the afternoon for estimate / evaluation which was done the very next morning at 8am! And the Service / Sales Technician (Nick M.) was able to complete the chosen and needed repairs immediately! New garage door opener, torsion bar, torsion springs, cables, etc. Completed within 3 hours of arrival. Nick was very technically proficient and courteous. We very much enjoyed meeting him and having him fulfill our repair needs. Excellent service! Thanks Nick!

When the garage door won't work, it's a real problem for Wifey! I called Precision and they sent Benny Urbino, Technician, out the same day. We had a new garage door opener installed with new springs, etc., the next day. We're back in business. Thank you to Precision and Benny for the quick response and upgraded Liftmaster garage door opener.

The technician arrived on time and was professional and answered all my questions and concerns. I needed a new spring, bearing plate, and two cables for my single car garage door. The technician had the repair completed in under 1/2 hour. I had chosen the $499 plan. Replacing coil springs is dangerous work even if you know what you are doing. I leave it to the experts. My only reason for a four star review is that on my receipt there was no charge for labor and only the prices of the new parts installed and no 'pass' or 'fail'check marks for the inspection points on the receipt provided me.

The service guys showed up on time and in the promised service window. They did an excellent job getting my garage door working in “as new” condition again. ABSOLUTELY DON’T GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! We call them out to replace our weather stripping around our garage. Jorge came out and assessed our garage, said we needed a bunch of work done. My husband asked him if he could replace the weather stripping, he said he didn’t have any on the truck. That’s what we called him out to do. He changed us $69.95 for an estimate. Not even to mention it was a ridiculous amount. The email they sent said to contact them before we wrote a review and they would make it right. We have called 5 times in four days with a promise that someone would call us back and no one has, what a joke!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!! ***under service perform below- A BIG FAT NOTHING for $69.95
