I backed into my garage door late Friday afternoon. Really did a number on the door! After figuring out how to get the door closed, I contacted Precision Garage doors via "Contact Us" on my computer. I was contacted almost immediately. I set up an appointment for Monday morning between 8:00 and 10:00am. My tech. Benny arrived on time (much to my surprise he was a little early, Awesome!!!!!) He looked at what the situation was and gave me an estimate within minutes. He made a few minor adjustments and ordered the door panel. His professionalism was second to none. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors and Benny.

He was on time and called us to let us know he was on his way...walked me thru the issue we had so I understood completely what was needed / reviewed the process and explained all costs up front! He went the "extra distance" in customer service as he went above and beyond to satisfy us and complete the job correctly not the easy way out.. (nobody does customer service anymore..) He did! He worked around our garage racks! and made sure all was running correctly before he left. I highly recommend Jose and the Precision door service company for your garage door service needs. I called Precision Door to help me fix my garage door drums after many failed attempts to do so myself. After 5 minutes of the technician arriving, he quickly pointed out numerous issues with the mechanics of the door and offered three options to solve the problem. Although I wasn’t prepared for the expense, he easily explained an affordable payment plan and completely replaced/explained the work he had completed in less than an hour! Before leaving, the technician (Jorge) gave me some pointers on how to maintain and evaluate my garage door for minimal maintenance. Excellent service with day-of response, detailed explanation of the issues my door system had, and flexible payment plan. Highly recommend.

Our garage door spring snapped. I called Precision Garage Door for service and Benny was there within a couple of hours. I chose Precision Garage door based on the reviews I read. Derek called to verify and let me know if his arrival, he talked me through what my garage door “needed” right now to operate well. He then help me understand what I may need in the future, or my desire for a new door. The service was quick, he explained everything he did. He removed the old sensor wiring to help me with my anxiety of too many wires everywhere - I can NOT say enough on how Derek performed in a professional manner, arrived on time, discussed my options and once we agreed on a price - he completed the work to my satisfaction and took away his trash! Jose Perea replaced all of the components of my old garage door motorized system and performed routine maintenance on the sectional hinges, rollers, etc. My springs had broken and my old motor was at least 15 years old. His installation is very neat and clean and he even reprogrammed my car remote for me. He was very efficient in his work and my garage door is working great with a nice quiet, smooth operation. He made sure to answer any questions that I had and didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything that I didn’t want. I was also very pleased that Precision Door Service was able to have someone out in less than 24 hours from my call into the company requesting service. This is the second time that I have used them for work over the years and both times I have been very pleased. I will continue to use them in the future as their service is prompt and reliable. Thank you Jose, for your excellent work on my garage door and its operating system.

We noticed our garage spring had broke. I called Precision door service and they had a tech out in about an hour. our tech was Jose Perea he went over everything we needed to do and replaced the springs in no time at all. One call is all it took. our door jammed about 1/2way open. Called Precision and service Technician, Benny Ubrino was here with in 2 hours.
