I selected Precision Door service based on the reviews I’d seen from yelp and Google. My garage door was making a lot of noise and the garage door opener seemed to be laboring to open and close the door. I wanted it checked to make sure everything was working properly so as not to burn out the motor on the door opener. Ivan came out same day and on time. He was very professional and helpful. He tested everything and showed me the opener and garage door were working properly. While he was there I had him do a tune up and he also helped me install the MyQ app on my phone. Went above and beyond. Very happy with the service and his knowledge and experience he had. Definitely would recommend this company for any garage door needs.

BEWARE!! Terrible company, I needed a new backup battery for my garage. They did not tell me on the phone if it was under warranty. They Charged me $219.95 for a battery that when I looked online and at home depot was under $50.00 then I get my invoice and they actually charged me $99.00 for work they never did. I tried to call several times they keep telling me they will get back to me but never do. They just keep giving me a run around. I will never use this company again.

The company we used previously was not available so we contacted Precision Door Service of Riverside who service our area in the Temecula Valley. Their reviews are very positive and we can see why. Our technician, Jorge was outstanding - personable, professional and very knowledgeable. Our issues went beyond the opener. A safety inspection of all components were performed and shared(already noting springs were broke). New springs and plates, garage door chain/belt was adjusted to alignment and rolling guides were cleaned.
