I called Precision Door Service last night because one of my garage door tension springs had snapped, and they had a repairman (Liam) show up the next morning, He was helpful and professional and gave me a great price to replace both of my garage door tension springs; and it was less than the two other quotes I had received already. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for garage door services. They are a great company, and I don't typically write reviews.

The door is working fine. I feel the price was too much. Your office promised an arrival time of between 12:00 - 2:00. The tech called me at 1:47 that he would be about 30 to 45 minutes late. He got here at 4:00. After giving me an estimate of $900.00 I told him that was high. He then started you can call someone else. I told him it was too late to get someone here. (Bad Service)

Justin was able to come out to my home same day wich was very convenient! He installed a new garage door motor and preformed some maintenance on my hinges and barrings etc. He also installed a new key pad for me. Justin was wonderful to work with and he also educated me on some basic maintenance I can do myself. I would definitely reccomend Precision for any service needs and will be 100% using them in the future when needed. Thanks Justin!!

Spring broke on our garage door with a loud pop at 7:30am this morning. Called Precision Door at 10:45am and done by 2pm a new spring. That is prompt service. Carlos Barragan was great communicating on the problem, options to solve the problem and in general great explanation of next steps.

I chose Precision Door Service because of the commercials on TV and a lack of knowledge of other garage door companies and a dissatisfaction with the last two companies that I used. My experience with Precision was absolutely fantastic, which is not always the case with all service companies. The technician that assisted me with my garage door opener was excellent! He explained all of the options available in a very friendly and courteous manner. He did an awesome job and completed the work under two hours! I now have a garage opener that is smooth (not noisy) and has a light! I am extremely impressed with Precision! I am definitely a customer for life!

Was not expecting to be so disappointed my garage had a single 30'' torsion spring and was talked into installing two smaller ones for a price per spring at $205 each. Ok so far i was not happy with this after being sent my bill i noticed that a charge for $99.95 for tune and lube all he did was pull out a can of dry lube spray the rollers and pivet pins then a little grease on the track and was gone total grease time maybe one minuet for $100 think i should have looked for more bids. Did reach out to talk to someone was told someone would be calling back never happened.
