This is the worst retail experience of my life! We had a garage emergency, called the office who gave us misinformation not once, but three times. When we finally got someone to come out, it took 6 days for the appointment. I paid the amount in full and the day of the install we received a call stating it would be $400 additional to take the old door away. You should be ashamed of yourself for this disgusting and dishonest behavior! I will make a point to share my story on every outlet.

Wow! I was just robbed! Twice! Once by the theif who broke into my car and the by Precision Garage Door! Absolute worst company to do business with. The Technician told me Since I tampered with the opener it would be $250 to reprogram. What? All I did was program new remote controls. It took him a whole 3 minutes to fix it. Absolutely inappropriate charges. I expected to pay something but didn't expect to be robbed twice! I won't be calling again.

My technician was great! I purchased a garage door opener that I wanted on amazon, and they quickly removed the old garage door opener, installed the new one along with the sensors, garage door opener button and programmed the remotes. He let me know about the condition of the garage door but didn't pressure me into any work.

I'm a Calfornia licensed contractor, flipped ~25 houses, and remodeled many more. I was so impressed by George and Precision. In my professional opinion, they are the best in the business. They are "A-Typical" in that they show up when promised, keeps the customer informed throughout the process and, more importantly, their workmanship is outstanding, completed on time and within budget. Bottom line: do yourself a favor and hire them for your garage door needs.

I chose Precision because it is locally owned and got great reviews. My technician Derek was fantastic! I had a busted spring and severely worn rollers. We had a broken hinge on our double car garage sliding door. I called this morning and offered to email a photo of the hinge so they could obtain a replacement. They arrived in three hours, checked the problem and can you believe produced a new hinge and the door was repaired very quickly. Considering travel time as well, all for a very reasonable price.
