After my garage door had a catastrophic failure caused by a snapped tension spring I called precision door service. Even though I am in the Coachella valley and the company is in riverside i was able to have technician Benny sent out to my place within 2 hours (AWESOME). Benny diagnosed the issue, offered me options, and allowed me to make a decision without any pressure. I went with a new spring system and a wifi controlled opener as well as some super quiet rollers. Benny completed the work in a few hours and left my garage as clean as he found it. Fantastic customer service and professionalism by Benny and the team at Precision.

I was having an issue getting my garage door to close . I had used Precision four years ago to check my opener when I purchased my home. I called today at 11 am, the tech was here at 2pm. Having seen how quiet the belt drive was I opted to replace my 20 year old opener with a new opener . My tech was Eduardo Montoya and he was excellent . Everything completed in two hours

Rip Off.....$69.00++ for Estimate - for appt. to come and look at the damage and if I agreed to do the work it would be deducted from the final bill. Estimate extremely over priced, resulting in costing me $69.00 for a guy to come by my house for 5 minutes. Example: I was told springs on door were undersize and it would cost $600.00++ to repair. Cost of replacement springs alone were $209.00 each (Can buy heavy duty springs at Home Depot for $65.00 for Two(2) springs). Because I would not pay for the fix, I still got stuck for the $69.00++ for 5 minute visit. Called another garage door company and they fixed the problem for $195.00. This company verified that the springs were undersized but could still be used by tightening the springs. Was not given this option with Precision. I am a contractor and will never use Precision again and will not recommend them for any type of work.

A 5 star rating was earned. New springs and a complete opener package with rollers was required and installed by a very competent service/sales technician, Nick Martinez. This is the 2nd home I've used Precision for Garage service and both experiences have been 5 STAR rated. I can't speak highly enough of the complete experience--i.e. from order through job completion!!

Fantastic, courteous service--I was thoroughly impressed. I was able to book a same-day appointment because our door opener was malfunctioning and we were at our wit's end trying to diagnose the cause. Nick Martinez drove all the way out from several cities away to investigate only to find---to our embarrassment---that it was just a broom handle blocking the failsafe electric eye sensor. Doh. Nick handled the situation with grace and good humor, and even took the time to walk us through maintenance tips to extend the life of our system. He refused to let us pay for the service call, even though it was our own mistake. We will definitely be using Precision Door Service for all of needs in the future, and can't recommend them highly enough! Thanks, Nick and Precision!

Appointment was schedule for June 4 between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. I was called at 7:30 a.m. by technician Nick Martinez to tell me he was on his way. Nick was totally professional. He assessed the problem, suggested a solution and preformed the needed repairs. I totally appreciate the quick service, professional courtesy and the excellent quality of the solution. Precision door had come out a few years before to repair something else on the opener. Benny was great. He came out, took a look and told me what the problem was and advised that because my old unit was 20+ years old, I would have to replace it. He did so and even paired my old remote with the new motor. Once I find a great service provider I stick with them. I fancy a new garage door so I will be calling Precision for that as well. Thanks so much for the piece of mind Precision!!!
