Precision door had come out a few years before to repair something else on the opener. Benny was great. He came out, took a look and told me what the problem was and advised that because my old unit was 20+ years old, I would have to replace it. He did so and even paired my old remote with the new motor. Once I find a great service provider I stick with them. I fancy a new garage door so I will be calling Precision for that as well. #1 The work was done, but it didn't start out good. He came with insults right away, calling us a couple of old people, it got my hackles up and I said "I don't like that" then he said he should have called us elderly people. Huh? #2 After they left, I started seeing that Everything was greasy...everything they touched or replaced is greasy the plastic covers of garage motor light bulbs is filthy with grease, outside on garage door where weather strip is greasy and crossbars on inside filthy with grease. Greasy handprints, finger prints NOT GOOD, Aggravated!!! Replaced spring, rollers, cable (everything BUT the garage door motor)
