Last year on April 5th we had Nicholas Martinez come to do some work on our garage door. He did a very good job. Nicholas told us that often the company will have their technicians do the work and give a lower price by not going directly through the company. We were happy and had him do the work. We wrote a check directly to Nicholas. On Wednesday we were backing out of the garage and hit the door with our car before it was all the way up. So we wrecked the door. We called Precision Door Company and today Jose Martinez came out. We learned from Jose that we were scammed by Nicholas and that he had done this same thing to many others. We feel like such fools. Jose told us to never write a check to an individual, only to the company. It is a hard lesson for us. We will be getting a new door. In the meantime Jose has fixed it so that it works for now and we are grateful to him for that.

Our technician, Jorge, was absolutely amazing! He showed up on time to our appt, performed a safety check on our garage, inspected all the components, and then walked me through all our options. I also had A LOT of questions! He answered all of them very thoroughly! We ended up installing a new garage door opener and all new components! He also took the time to pair all our devices and openers to ensure they worked with our new opener. You are AWESOME Jorge! Thank you so much for all your great work! I really appreciated the quick response. I called within 2 hrs they were at my house willing to get my door working right away . The service person was knowledgeable friendly didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. When I told him I was interested in replacing my old door he went over my options and got a delivery date and installation within three days. I would recommend to anyone who needs repair or new garage door.

When neither my wife's nor my garage door remotes worked the other day (but the wall button did), I figured it wasn't the batteries (I checked anyway) and called the number for Precision on the sticker in my garage. The technician came out, heard my description of the problem again, inspected a sensor and declared I needed a new panel/motherboard: $1700. When I recoiled at the price he referred me to someone else, who had worked on my door once before and, if he had the part, would charge us less. The second guy confirmed the diagnosis and would charge $1300. I then called my son-in-law who found that a "de-activate" (lock) button on the wall unit had been inadvertently pushed and, when reset, the door worked fine. It is implausible to me that both technicians were unable to detect, given the explanation I gave, what was really wrong. They are either incompetent or tried to fool me into buying a new opener. I called the owner (to avoid sharing an embarrassing review) and left a message but he never called me back. Would you choose this company?

I was having an Issue with a couple of broken wheels and the cable that attaches to the wind up springs came undone leaving the door unusable ( WIDE OPEN ) I managed to get the door closed with the help of another Garage Door Repair service and after an hour of watching this character trying to operate a ratchet and try and sell me everything on his truck I asked him to Leave. I looked up Precision Door and called at 9PM and the 24Hr service booked a appointment for the morning, a Technician Benny Urbino showed up on time made several suggestions for the repair and the door was operating flawlessly in no time flat ,Awesome technician We will be calling in the future for parts or repairs.

3/6/2024 I called about noon today because my garage door spring broke last night. I spoke with Tanner and he was able to set an appointment for today. About an hour later, Benny Urbino called and said he would be here in about 20 min. Benny was able to look at the door and provide us with cost options on what was needed to replace the spring. Benny was incredibly knowledgeable, and was able to provide us additional information on replacement parts he saw as being worn and would need future attention/replacement due to age. Benny was able to replace all of the worn parts quickly and had our garage door ready for use with in an hour and half. He replaced rollers, spring, cables and drums, and hinges, and now we have a lifetime warranty. Benny did a great job, cleaned up, was extremely polite, professional, and answered all of our questions. If you haven't checked your garage door in a while (like over 10 yrs, like me) call and ask for Benny! Thank you, Benny!!

They answered the phone and gave me a reasonable time for the repair. The two repair technicians arrived 1 hour early and immediately took care of the repair. I called other companies and all I could do is leave a message on their voice mail. FWIW - I have not received a follow-up call. Precision Door has Wonderful Service and will definitely recommend them to my neighbors.

Derek O'lear did a wonderful job of replacing our garage door opener. He arrived earlier than originally scheduled because he was already in the immediate area, he diagnosed the problem with our existing 23-year-old opener (a broken drive sprocket), pointed out the remote possibility of being able to locate a replacement part and recommended that we replace the entire opener. We took his advice and he installed a new unit quickly and effficiently, cleaned up the work area and hauled the old unit away. He was a pleasure to have on the job.

I backed into my garage door late Friday afternoon. Really did a number on the door! After figuring out how to get the door closed, I contacted Precision Garage doors via "Contact Us" on my computer. I was contacted almost immediately. I set up an appointment for Monday morning between 8:00 and 10:00am. My tech. Benny arrived on time (much to my surprise he was a little early, Awesome!!!!!) He looked at what the situation was and gave me an estimate within minutes. He made a few minor adjustments and ordered the door panel. His professionalism was second to none. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors and Benny.

I read previous reviews and thought Carlos was the only technician. His reviews were really good. So I decided to give Precision a chance. The Man of the hour Jose Perea came to my home and after assessing the situation he showed me the problem and clearly explained my options. Jose phoned me 15 min before he arrived. He completed the job on less than an hour. I wasn't expecting to pay what I paid but my repair came with a lifetime warranty. I recommend anyone to call Precision for you garage door repairs and specifically ask for the Master Technician Mr. Jose Perea.
