Very disappointing experience. I booked an appointment online for Monday with a 10 AM–2 PM arrival window. At 12:18 PM, I received a text saying the technician from Precision Garage Door was on the way. I waited in my garage, but no one showed up. Around 2 PM, I called to ask what happened, and they told me the technician had to extend the job he was working on and pushed my appointment to 4–6 PM instead. I had already waited for hours, so I canceled. Poor communication and a complete waste of my time.

So our garage door opener was over 15 years old. With general wear and tear it seemed best to get a new system. I checked around and got several quotes, even though the price was a bit higher from Precision Door. The professionalism and attitude from Carlos was great. He made sure to cover all the reasons to make the necessary changes without any of the BS. He made sure to take the time to stand out from the other vendors. Decided to go with Precision Door and the installation process was smooth. It took about 90 minutes to change out the garage door opener, new springs, new sensors and remote controls. Would definitely recommend these guys for your garage needs.
