Hadn’t received my quote yet, so can’t comment on pricing, but I will later. However, customer service department is top tier. Unfortunately, I forgot the persons name who scheduled our consultation, but she was VERY pleasant and efficient. Benny Urbino is definitely knowledgeable at his job and super professional. Enjoyed discussing the garage door and products with him. I’d give this company 5-stars on Customer Service.

Carlos Barragan was very professional, He showed up on time, explained that our garage door was making a loud noise because the rollers wearing out. Gave us a reasonable price and replaced new rollers with a life time warranty. Replaced the back up battery for free and represented the company with great professional courteous.

Precision was on time and assessed my Ryobi door opener, as expected it was in need of replacement. Jose went over in detail regarding the Lift Master unit he had in stock and agreed to move forward, installation was quick, professional, clean and could not have been happier. Garage door stopped halfway, then jammed and lost a couple of wheels. We were able to get an appointment for our earliest availability, and our repair man, Ivan Estrada, was not only right on time, but friendly, and fast! He got everything worked out in about an hour and a half or so, and in 105 degree weather. We can recommend Precision -- and Ivan -- wholeheartedly and without reservation. Outstanding service. Thanks to Mr. Carlos Barragan. Let me explain. Originally I just wanted to get my springs replaced but after Mr. Barragan explained what else could be an issue later on down the line, I am very glad I had everything replaced except the door. After looking more closely at everything, we noticed that some of the brackets were already cracked, the rollers were not sealed and you could see the bearings. Replaced the motors as they were starting to go out as well. The cable itself was showing a lot of wear and tear and was very thin. Now everything is nice and quiet. Basically, I was saved from costly repairs later on if I had just waited for other things to break. As you know, prices increase every year.
