First time using Precision Door. I’m typically skeptical of ads I see on TV, but they had good reviews, so I gave them a try. . Edgar came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. Did a standard tuneup on our garage and showed me in detail all that he did. Gave recommendations for ongoing maintenance and future purchases, should they be needed. I’ll definitely go back when the time comes to purchase any new or replacement equipment.

An accident involving car vs garage door resulted in a severely damaged garage door occured on Saturday. I'll called Precision who sent their technician, Kusay out promptly. He determined, what we already knew, the door would hsve to be replaced! No surprise! He checked and assured me that they had the exact door in stock and could be out on Monday morning to remove & replace the the damaged door. He and Carlos showed up on time and got right to work! These two men were awesome! They were both personable, professional and highly skilled. In less than two hours the job was complete andd looked beautiful. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door without the slightest reservervation.

Technician came quickly after calling for service on garage door. Technician was very skilled. Performed detailed repair and safety inspection and described what was necessary for repair without pushing extra parts. Performed repair within app 1 hour and reviewed everything with us so and lubricated all necessary moving parts. Garage door is working perfectly. Very satisfied. Highly recommend this company!
