SCHEDULED A TUNE UP FOR MY GARAGE DOOR THAT I PURCHASED FROM YOU 1.5 YEAR AGO. THE LADY TOLD ME 59.00 DLLS. SERVICE MEN SHOWS UP AMND TELLS ME THAT IS 159.00 TO DO IT. HE WAS SUPPOUSE TO CALL ME BEFORE ARRIVAL, NEVER DID, I WAS NOT READY BUT PULLED OUT CARS, AFTER HE TELLS ME THE PRICE I TOLD HIM NO THANK YOU, THAT WAS NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD BY THE LADY WHO SCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT, WHEN I PURCHASED THE DOOR I WAS SUPOSE TO GET SOME FREE TUNE UPS, LADY TOLD ME THAT THE WARRANTY DEPT, WAS GOING TO CALL ME AND DISSCUSS IT, THEY NEVER DID, VERY DISSAPOINTED AFTER I PURCHASED A 5000.00 DLLS DOOR AND EVERYTHING STARTED SINCE DAY ONE BECAUSE DOOR WAS NOT WITH THE HARDWARE THAT I CHOSED, THE INSTALLER TOLD ME THAT WAS GOING TO BE LIKE 800.00 DLLS MORE, TERRIBLE SITUATION, LUCKLY THAT GOT TAKEN CARE OFF, BUT I FEEL LIKE NOT RECOMENDING YOU GUYS.

"Wi-Fi connection" It started when I upgraded my wifi the connection was lost. I'd tried the step by step to reconnect even when in youtube but nothing was done. So I called Precision explain the situation. The next day a technician came to my house holding a tablet trying to reconnect the wifi. I provided the wifi name and password. He was unable to reconnect and he sated that I should contact myQ apps and see what can they do or even my internet provider they too I should contact and see if they can resolve my wifi issue. REALLY!!! What a "BS" very very disappointed. I didn't realize he was the only technician in working in the field that he has never encounter a customer like me with wifi issue. Talk about lack of knowledge, skills and etc. How about calling someone a co-worker or someone who might know about wifi issue in garage door opener. I am sure I wasn't the only person in the stated of California has wifi issue. He didn't even do that. I end up spending $160. for nothing. I had to ask my co-workers at work they had explain step by step what I need to be done. Problem solve thanks to my co-works.

I have used your company for several years now and this time when I called in I asked for (Benny) the lady that answered said she didn’t have a Benny on the list. I was happy when the truck arrived it was Benny. I say this because in the past I had others that came and even before they got to work on the problem they tried to upsell me to the point I was not going to call them any longer until I was sent Benny.He gets right to the problem fixes it and he does let me know that my garage door will need to have some work done, but he is kind and not pushy.Keep him and I will continue to be a faithful customer.Tell the scheduling lady(call center) to read her list,it might be short for Benjamin…

We were scheduled for the next day but Jose was in the neighborhood and came right over to help. He was very personable and professional. I swear he could have done the job blindfolded. He took down the old Lift Master and installed the new one including two new sensors, two new remotes, and a new wall switch all within 40 minutes. He said we'd really like the new garage door opener and he was right. I even like the sound of the new one opening. No question, while we called them because of the add in the 'value pack' mailings they are the right choice and I wouldn't call anyone else. Jose is a credit to Precision.

Very satisfied with the installation of my new garage door opener. I opted for the Lift Master door opener and couldn't be happier. Very quiet motor. My technician (Ivan Estrada) was professional, friendly, and had the old opener removed, and the new one installed in under 2 hours. He left the garage in a neat and clean condition.
