We had a great experience by choosing Precision. When we called, we thought it may be several days to a week or more. They offered an afternoon appointment. we were very grateful they could accommodate so soon. We live in Big Bear City out past Baldwin Lake. To get to our home you have to take a few dirt roads and with our bad winter they were not in the best shape. The technician Benny Urbino, called prior to arriving. he arrived when he said he would be there. we knew our garage door was in bad shape. He replaced everything that needed replacing. he offered several options for the garage door opener, and he had everything on the truck, He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We would definitely use Precision. Benny is a plus and we wanted to acknowledge the great service he provided. Mark Esposito

The service received from the office was very good and made me feel as though my problem was of utmost importance. The technician, Nick Martinez was OUTSTANDING! All I wanted was my chain drive opener replaced. The tech quoted me $1075.00 I said that’s to much and that I was willing to pay $500.00 but I’ll just do it myself so I gave him the $89.95 service fee and went to Lowe’s and bought one for $200.00 piece of cake. Your company missed out on $300.00 profit and referrals.

I expected a repair not a replacement company. I was quoted a large number for replacement of everything and nothing for repairs. I was left paying for someone to tell me that my door equipment is not working, which I already Knew. Nothing was done and only quoted for new equipment. This is wrong. Your Tech was very professional but I needed a resolution.

Thanks to Precision and our Service Tech Benny Urbino for repairing the damage to our garage door. The bracket was almost torn off the garage door which was really a very dangerous situation given that it could have crashed, endangering our safety. So we are very happy to see Benny save the day!! Benny also mentioned the Classic Package for maintenance. Fontana gets dry weather conditions with really strong winds so it's good that we have that service available to us. We are very satisfied with our service repair from Precision Garage Door. Thanks again!

The tech Michael was polite friendly and knowledgeable. And fixed the problem. However i gave three stars. Because i was told price was 69.00 to come out. If you dont do the job with them you will be charged that amount. Other wise it is removed. I was told springs each cost 149.00 or higher. That included labor tune up.and tax i was charged 530.00 two springs. That included 88$ for labor 69$ for lube and tune. And 199.00 each spring. He removed 25$ for a referrel. As well as extra after i complained. If i paid 69$ and sent tech on his way. Another co Day and night said they could come same day and that they would charge 395.00 for all included tax on part material and labor. And if this co charged more than 400$ recommends sending on way. I did read reniews Precision tends to do this once they show up.. I went with them only because after paying trip fee and other co fee i would only saved 65$. Michael did a good job. But for the co. Charging more than most companys. Including a extra 69$ lube and tune. Basically service call they said remove. Including raising pricea once arrive. I cant recommend the company. If you go with them be prepared for the prices to change its not all included. "Live and learn!"

Needed my garage door springs replaced right away. Called office the morning and they were out there to service my garage door by 9:00 a.m. They took less than a hour to complete the work. Yeah!!!! I wish others customer service was as efficient as Precision Doors.

Excellent Service! Very pleased to be able to set up a next day appointment by using the "chat" option on the website after 9 p.m. Recieved an email conformation for the appointment along with a picture of the technician, who called ten minutes before his arrival. Not only did he replace the broken spring, he explained the reason to replace the other one as well. He also discovered that the wires to the sensors had been chewed by mice - causing the door to occasionally not close. He spliced in new wires at no additional charge. Overall: timely, friendly, competent, professional service.

I had maintenance done. The repair man was nice and tried to sell me and outrage fee on Meereen service work. The whole five minutes of work he did was such a rip off. Will not do that again. Felt like I was at a car dealership.

It was a RIP off to charge $89.95 just to come out. If it was me calling you and not my husband I would have never had you come out! I used to refer my friends and family to you, but I won't no more. The only good thing I can say, was your employee was very professional.
