Derek came out this morning. He was able got my garage door working after I hit it as I was driving in. Just didn’t wait until the door open. I like the girl that I spoke to on the phone yesterday to schedule this and she was able to get him out here early and that was great.

Today we had two new garage doors installed on our home. What a vast improvement they have made. The installers were great. They not only do great work, but they are very warm and friendly people. I would recommend Carlos Jacques and his son, Nathan, any day.

Benny installed a new garage door opener for us today. Did a great install and even helped me hook my car buttons to the opener. Something I haven't had in 4 years. Best part of all is that he didn't try and upsell us on things we didn't need. Thanks Precision for a quick response, great install and friendly staff.

Precision wasn’t my first call… it wa my 2nd I’m kinda home alone now and didn’t know what was really wrong or how broken my door was But Li the tech was awesome and wonderful talked me through everything and since I’m kinda alone he made sure to fix for the Long term explaining how to care for toot as well!! Something I didn’t know anything about.. great service customer wise and work wise have y’all taped up in the garage now to call if needed Thanks again for the fast response!!! The reason why I chose Precision Garage is simply because several years ago, I purchased a garage door opener. Currently, I had wanted to purchase a key pad that would work with the garage door opener. I appreciate Ivan Estrada, the technician from Precision. He was very nice and courteous. Ivan was knowledgeable and explained step by step everything I needed to know. I would certainly use Precision Garage Door Service again.

I randomly picked this company based on their reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I like the fact that they are 24 hours. I was able to call later in the evening and was able to get a servicer out early the next day. Jose was my servicer and he was prompt and friendly. I ended up needing a whole new opener and he had it installed in about an hour. I'm not one to be easily impressed but the customer service from the phone operator to the servicer was top notch. Well done Precision!

I "NEVER" respond to these. However, the service, response, technician (not in that particular order) deserves acknowledgment. I needed a new motor for my garage. I called several ??????? that day, leaving messages. 2 appeared at my ???? , but I were they were truly not to work with them. The others never responded. The next morning, I researched other garage companies. A live voice picked up phone, she listened to me, scheduled repair same day! The technician, Carlos appeared on schedule, explained everything. Plus I needed financing (approved). Carlos installed door quickly. Very cordial and respectful. We ended up hugging. THANK YOU.......

This morning the garage door spring snapped and broke both side cables and the door opener. Jose Perea came out the same day and got hot on the job. He was super polite, experienced and professional. Hi, I chose your company because I had service by you about 10 years ago. Also I called on a Sunday and got an appointment on Monday morning. My garage door cable broke and the car was stuck in the garage. Mind you, this big wooden door was put in during the ‘60’s. Larger than most and veryyyyy heavy. Your technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to lift the door to get the car out and then we ordered 2 new doors with all new everything that goes with them. ????

When I called for an appointment, Mary was welcoming, friendly and efficient. She quickly reserved a time and date that worked for my schedule. She followed up with a confirmation email which included the name and picture of the technician who would be completing my job, with a link to his bio. Jose, the technician, called me prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on time and was prompt and friendly. His knowledge, experience and skill at the job proved to make quick work of providing me with a new garage door opener. Now my garage door opens quietly and consistently (which my old one had not been doing!). What a pleasure it is to find a quality company who values their customers and still embodies good old fashioned excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!

Worth EVERY penny. Jose was professional, very understanding, incredibly helpful, informative & friendly. He let us know the exact amount we would be spending without any last minute add ons. He spent less than an hour installing our brand new garage opener, replacing sensors & wall switch. He cleaned up after himself so well, you'd never guess we just had a repairman out to do any work at all. He even took our old opener so we didn't have to worry about disposal. HIGHLY recommend them!

You more than exceeded my expectations. After my garage door spring broke and I was not able to get my car out of garage I decided to give you guys another try. I called and made my appointment at 7:30am. Benny was here at 8:00am and to my surprise he had completed the job by 9:00am. He also gave me information on maintaining my garage door. Thanks Benny.
