We noticed our garage spring had broke. I called Precision door service and they had a tech out in about an hour. our tech was Jose Perea he went over everything we needed to do and replaced the springs in no time at all. Bad presentation and over price for replacing genuie safety sensor on my garage door. First he quoted me for 300$ to replace it. Then he told me I need to replace the garage door opener because it’s too old already. Quoted for 1,000$ plus installed. I told him that’s not the problem. Then he went down to 199$ without changing the wiring of the sensor.

Knew NOTHING about your company. Carlos arrived here within just a few hours, diagnosed the problems, (mostly due to an old,15 year old system) and installed all new mechanics, springs, etc. in less than three hours. One call is all it took. our door jammed about 1/2way open. Called Precision and service Technician, Benny Ubrino was here with in 2 hours. Very polite young man that knows his stuff. rebuilt the door and was out of here in less than 2 hrs the door has never worked so well. Very Impressed with Precision and staff. I recommend them.

Great experience very professional organization from the first call for estimate to the final invoice. Called about a broken overhead roll-up garage door spring in the morning received and an estimate made an appointment that was just two hours later with a promise that the technician would call before arriving. The technician Jorge Fortanel called 20 minutes before showing up in a clean equipped logoed work truck (which I think shows professionalism). Before starting Mr. Fortanel did a free 25-point inspection and said everything looked good except for springs that needed replacing in pairs and suggested adding a roller bearing between springs to add to the longevity and I agreed. Mr. Fortanel was very professional and knowledgeable with suggestions for the longevity of the door. I will not hesitate to use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service again as well as refer friends and family.

Benny installed a new garage door opener for us today. Did a great install and even helped me hook my car buttons to the opener. Something I haven't had in 4 years. Precision wasn’t my first call… it wa my 2nd I’m kinda home alone now and didn’t know what was really wrong or how broken my door was But Li the tech was awesome and wonderful talked me through everything and since I’m kinda alone he made sure to fix for the Long term explaining how to care for toot as well!! My garage door opener failed on Thanksgiving and needed to be replaced. I scheduled service on Friday, and the technician Jorge came earlier than the scheduled window which was a plus. When I had to choose which opener to replace my old one, Jorge did not do a hard sell and went through all the pros and cons for each model. Once I selected the opener, Jorge was quick to install it and did a thorough walkthrough with me on all of the features.
