Thank you for your prompt and professional support. Lubricated existing garage door rollers and replaced rubber weather strip than had become brittle and broken. A bit too expensive for scope of work and time spent.

Appointment making was a breeze. The young lady was incredibly helpful. My arrival window was between 2 and 6 pm, but Ivan called to inform me that he was in the area early. Several months ago I had a problem with my garage door opener and I called Precision Door Service. Carlos showed up very promptly, but we couldn't duplicate the problem, everything seemed to be working fine. Carlos did a complete inspection, did not find any problems and did not charge me. This time around the main torsion spring broke and the door would not open. I could not even open it manually, so I called Carlos. He offered to come out that same day, but I couldn't due to prior commitments. So he came out the next day and replaced the spring, drums, rollers and cables and related hardware in under 2 hours and the door is working great! I highly endorse Precision Garage Door Service for their prompt service, product knowledge and integrity.

Within my scheduled next day appointment window, he called to note his anticipated arrival. Upon timely arriving and introducing himself, he performed a complete inspection, confirmed my broken spring diagnosis, and shared a respectable list of items needing attention based on reasonable priority. His explanations were clear and practical which provided assurance to my decision on the work to be performed today versus in the future. So one of my brackets came off a panel on door. Called them and they set up appointment quickly. Edgar came out (and I have ring in my garage) from the time he walked into my garage to the time he gave me a 1580.00 estimate WALKED into garage. 9:18:23am to GAVE estimate 9:21:36. A total of 3 mins and 13 seconds he spent in my garage.. oh by the way my car was also in garage and I moved it during this time frame.. so wow calling someone else. Dont trust them!
