Garage door stopped halfway, then jammed and lost a couple of wheels. We were able to get an appointment for our earliest availability, and our repair man, Ivan Estrada, was not only right on time, but friendly, and fast! He got everything worked out in about an hour and a half or so, and in 105 degree weather. We can recommend Precision -- and Ivan -- wholeheartedly and without reservation. We are absolutely satisfied. Thanks, Ivan, and thanks, Precision!

Jose Perea and another technician, unfortunately I can't recall his name, did an amazing job. They arrived on time, assessed what was happening with our door and within 20 - 30 minutes both of our doors were working again! We will definately call Precision next time we need help! Thank you!

Outstanding service. Thanks to Mr. Carlos Barragan. Let me explain. Originally I just wanted to get my springs replaced but after Mr. Barragan explained what else could be an issue later on down the line, I am very glad I had everything replaced except the door. After looking more closely at everything, we noticed that some of the brackets were already cracked, the rollers were not sealed and you could see the bearings. Replaced the motors as they were starting to go out as well. The cable itself was showing a lot of wear and tear and was very thin. Now everything is nice and quiet. Basically, I was saved from costly repairs later on if I had just waited for other things to break. As you know, prices increase every year.

Wow! what a rapid reponse to my phone call ~ the schedule for repair of my garage door was complete in 1 day! Benjamin, the tech who did the work was prompt, professionlal and explained exactly what was needed! I now have new door and I am very impressed with his attention to detail. We were totally satisfied with this company. I inquired about an appointment on a Sunday evening. Someone called me within the hour. The appointment accommodated my schedule and the technician was prompt, courteous, and professional so was his work. Quotes were reasonable. Called Precision Garage Door service of Riverside first thing in the morning and was able to get same day service, was so happy! Was told he be here between 10am-12 . Jorge F. Called before 10 that he be here in 20 mins. Showed up on time, was very informative, helpful, and patient being we had a lot of questions to which he answered kindly and professionally. He gave us options to what we can do or have done after his inspection then walked us thru it. When we made our choice, he got right on it, worked without a glitch and was done with in an hour. Again he walk us thru all the replacements and maintenance that was done. My garage door is now working smoothly again. Jorge is a very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable man.
