I called this company thinking that it was our local Precision. I have been a long time customer of the family owned Precision and was talking to what I thought were the normal office girls. They never told me they were not the local company and continued to impersonate them. If you are looking for Precision in Yucca Valley this company is not them, they will get you in the door with a low special but try to sell you on a bunch of unnecessary repairs. BE AWARE.

We have called Precision Door Service several times and every interaction has been excellent! We had a 2-door garage door replaced 4 years ago. Later, we damaged it by closing it on something but they came out and repaired it on the same day. Jose came today to give me an estimate on the 1-car garage door. His estimate was much more affordable than another company's and he even gave me an extra remote and programmed it for me. I have full confidence in the work they will do! Feb. 2026 Since it had been more than 3 years since our garage door was replaced, I scheduled an appointment for a $29.95 coupon tune-up and was surprised when Ivan Estrada noticed that one of the springs was broken. Ivan was able to quickly replace the pair. He was courteous, professional and friendly. The total cost was reasonable and includes a 5-year warranty. Ivan reinforced my opinion that Precision Garage Door is the best garage door company in our area!

Jorge did a GREAT Job. He evaluated the door and informed me of the issue. After starting the job of replacing the springs other issues became apparent. He called me out to the garage and reviewed the new issue that he uncovered while disassembling the door. He reviewed the new updates and continued the repairs. When all the revisions were completed a 7 year guarantee was given. Jorge proceeded to let me know that he could guarantee the repairs for life if he replaced 2 more items that were worn but did not need immediate replacement. I reviewed everything again and made the decision that this was the best course of action.

Very disappointing experience. I booked an appointment online for Monday with a 10 AM–2 PM arrival window. At 12:18 PM, I received a text saying the technician from Precision Garage Door was on the way. I waited in my garage, but no one showed up. Around 2 PM, I called to ask what happened, and they told me the technician had to extend the job he was working on and pushed my appointment to 4–6 PM instead. I had already waited for hours, so I canceled. Poor communication and a complete waste of my time.
