My service appointment was scheduled between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Despite two phone calls to obtain an estimated time of arrival, the technician arrived at my residence at 10:30 AM. As a first-time customer, I was deeply disappointed with the delayed arrival. Despite the technician’s professionalism and expertise, I would be hesitant to engage in future services due to the inconvenience caused by the tardiness.

We had a new garage door installed on Monday, September 15th in Palm Desert by Precision Garage Door. The complete process, from start to finish went wonderfully. No hick-ups. We booked our initial appointment with "Frankie the Technician". Frankie showed up on time, ready to walk us through the process. Frankie told us the pros and cons of door replacement vs door repair. The cost difference between door replacement and door repair was minimal. Of course we ordered a door replacement. "Carlos the Installer" arrived on time, ready to work. The door removal and new installation took about 3 hours. Carlos showed us how the new door operated, including the remotes and key paid. We are very happy with the door, the cost and the warranty. We have 7 other properties in Palm Desert. Precision Garage Door will be our "goto" when we have garage door issues/replacements in the future. FIVE STARS!!!!
