Jorge was born in Whittier, but attended high school in Santa Fe Springs. He attended college at Rio Hondo, studying Electrical Engineering. He loves playing basketball, but his favorite sport has always been soccer. He played soccer for 3 years in high school and still plays occasionally on weekends. He enjoys spending time with his family, which includes a newborn daughter. Jorge enjoys traveling, and that most recently included vacations to France and Italy. His favorite sport is still soccer, and his favorite team is Real Madrid. Jorge is a real "peoples person".

My 20+ year old garage door was making horrible noises and running rough. Jorge showed up promptly. Did a super job replacing the the old original springs, bearings, hardware, etc. Jorge was very courteous and professional. He did a great job in a minimum amount of time. George, the technician, was very personable and efficient. My reason for the 3 stars is that a door servicing was offered for $89 and change. I agreed to this amount. When the work was completed, a service fee of about $49 was added on. I was not informed of this beforehand, and it was not mentioned in your apppintment confirmation. Therefore, I respectfully request that you refund this fee. I paid almost $100 for work! I feel I should not be also saddled with a service fee. I would appreciate your help with this matter. Technician, Jorge Fortanel called me to let me know his was on his way to my residence and arrived on time. When he got out of his service truck wearing his face mask and introduced himself. He did the required safety inspection, made his recommendations and gave me a quote for the repairs. Jorge conducted himself very professional and finished the repairs in a timely manner.
