George, the technician, was very personable and efficient. My reason for the 3 stars is that a door servicing was offered for $89 and change. I agreed to this amount. When the work was completed, a service fee of about $49 was added on. I was not informed of this beforehand, and it was not mentioned in your apppintment confirmation. Therefore, I respectfully request that you refund this fee. I paid almost $100 for work! I feel I should not be also saddled with a service fee. I would appreciate your help with this matter.
