Precision Garage Door responded quickly to my request for service. The technician,Jorge, was prompt,polite and explainded the problem to me right away. In additon to his recommendation, I decided to have him replace my rollers in order to prevent further issues down the road. Precision sent a tech to my house today to put together a quote for a double door and a single door for my 3 car garage. The tech they sent, Jorge, was an excellent representative of Precision. He had an incredible knowledge of the options available to me and walked me through them one by one, providing me with the pros and cons of so many options (chain drive vs belt drive, insulation or no, windows, material type, etc) so I would know the value of the decisions I would be making. Technician Jorge was amazing, listened to my concerns and took care of a LOOOOOONG STANDING repair request I had since August of 2021. I originally suggested/referred Precison to friends asking for a garage door company. But, I will no longer recommend your company. I've called since August to make a simple repair to my LED light, tech came out that first call and that was it. I chose Precision as they had done repairs on my garage door two years earlier. The work done this time was great. I got a new motor, rotating chain drive and 10 new nylon wheels. The cost concerned me. I was told on the phone that the motor would cost $499.00. The repairman told me he was using a new model and the cost was $799.00. I am assuming labor costs were included in the price. It runs much quieter now. I like the lifetime warranty on the motor.
