Called for an appointment early on Sat and was given a window of 10-12 when the tech would arrive. Garage door wasn't opening smoothly. Carlos B called at 9:00 and said he could be there in 15 minutes. Great-bonus points. He examined my garage door and gave me all my options form doing maintenance to a complete repair. Since the system was 12 years old, I opted for the entirely new system with the lifetime warranty. He had it fixed in his 2 hour window, got the door running smoothly and quietly plus programmed both of the doors so I can use the new remote. Extra bonus points! He cleared all the trash. Great tech with excellent customer service. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

I was referred to Precision by the previous home owners. I called and Carlos was sent out within 2 hours of me calling. He quickly diagnosed the problem and I had to completely replace my entire garage unit that was 16 years old. He even found broken on the old unit that could of been life threatening. He had all of the parts and even the motor with him and installed everything brand new in 2 hours. He was so nice and professional. I am very please with the service I received today!! Technician Jorge was amazing, listened to my concerns and took care of a LOOOOOONG STANDING repair request I had since August of 2021. I originally suggested/referred Precison to friends asking for a garage door company. But, I will no longer recommend your company. I've called since August to make a simple repair to my LED light, tech came out that first call and that was it. I've made multiple calls, left messages for manager and NO ONE CALLS BACK OR SENDS OUT A TECH TO FINISH THE REPAIR. SUUUUPER DISAPPOINTED WITH MANAGEMENT

We are very happy with the service we received from Jose Perea this morning. We contacted a couple of other companies about our garage door not closing properly, but we were not impressed with those conversations. We had a much better response from Precision and were scheduled for the next morning. Jose arrived as scheduled and quickly diagnosed several problems with our garage door. He gave us several options and explained costs and consequences clearly. We chose to have the current 16' by 7' garage door reinforced, plus replacing old springs and opener motor. Jose worked very quickly and efficiently, explaining in a friendly manner as he went along. The results were impressive with much better operation of the door. He told us we will be good to go for a long time to come, even though we elected to keep our old door, saving considerable money. You will get excellent service and results if Jose does your job. Thanks, Jose! P.S.: We got more done than the only one choice allowed for service and product purchased in this review site.

Excellent job by Jose Perea, did not charge extra for me watching in spite of what my wife said. All kidding aside, very professional, made the installation look simple. Very pleased with the LiftMaster 8500W side mount opener. Jose even programed my vehicles to open the garage door before he left and hauled away all the trash and old opener as part of the service.

Garage door Stopped working so I made a call to Precision because that’s who installed the garage door 12 years ago. Talked to the receptionist, she was very nice, casual but professional. She arranged to have somebody come out the same day and within three hours, Carlos was at my door. Because of the age in my garage doors are insulated so they were fairly heavy they didn’t have the strength to close it anymore. Carlos how do unit on his truck that he can replace the garage door opener While he was at my house. Another hour and he was finished new sensors wall openers garage door motor unit everything the new rails the whole unit. Very nice gentleman and I would Highly recommend Precision to anybody that needs them. I will definitely be contacting them in the future should the need ever arise

I called Precision the evening of 12/30/21 because of broken tension cable. they scheduled the repair for 12/31/21 between 10am-12pm. The technician, Benjamin Urbino arrived at 9:45am and the estimate ready by 10am. He replaced all the moving parts by 11:30am. My wife and I were very pleased with Bennie's efficiency, courtesy, professionalism and overall nice young man. we were also pleased with the staff's telephone courtesy. This company hired a terrible technician name Eric Parra who I think had no courtesey, knowledge about customer services. He came to my home this morning 12022021 to give an estimate of my garage. He didn't ask permission to enter my residence. He came to the side gate and bented the metal latches hook to enter. Now I have to fix it. I called to talk to kate or katie who I think is the daughter of the owner = Don Taylor and asked her to speak to the service manager or Don Taylor - the owner. She told me no one was/is available so she will have them to give me a call back. Let's see if they will? Anyway, he demanded that I pay him $50 for his gas & time if I don't buy his sale&service to replace my garage's motor. I told him that no one told me I need to pay for them to come out and give an estimate and if they do, I'd have refuse. I made no agreement with your company about paying you to come out and give an estimate period. He tried a hard sale technique which now aday won't work with consumers! He kept pressed on selling which irritate me. By the way, he didn't wear mask as a courtesey and safety protocol by any business standard to protect themselves and us as a family. I hope Don will read this message and give me a call back.
