I called Precision after finding it on line and it having an A+ rating with the BBB. I called in the afternoon and dealt with Lonnie who was very professional and helpful and set us up with their tech Jose Perea. Jose came out the very next day in a timely manner. He was very professional, friendly and really experienced. Our opener was fixed in a matter of minutes and is working like it was brand new. We will be installing a new door and opener in the near future and will be using Precision because of Jose's expertise. It's so nice to deal with a company that is honest and customer friendly. I came home last night to discover that I could not open my garage door. Turned out to be a broken spring. I called the number on their website and was immediately given an appointment for today. Carlos arrived a little early (which was just fine with me), assessed the situation and explained his findings and plan to remedy the issue. He went to work quickly and had everything repaired in short order. Carlos was professional and polite. I have used Precision a couple of times in the past and will continue to use them as the need arises. Precision is the BEST!

I am giving this company a single star because I was charged a service call even though I was promised that there would be no charge for the technician to come out when I made the appointment. The tech was very cordial upon arrival but soon changed after I decided that I did not want to spend $3500 for a new motor. Calls to the customer service desk were equally problematic when I called in to request a refund. There was never a manager to speak to and although I was promised someone would get in touch me, it never happened. So basically Precision Door is NOT "a Name I can Trust"
