My garage door opener failed on Thanksgiving and needed to be replaced. I scheduled service on Friday, and the technician Jorge came earlier than the scheduled window which was a plus. When I had to choose which opener to replace my old one, Jorge did not do a hard sell and went through all the pros and cons for each model. Once I selected the opener, Jorge was quick to install it and did a thorough walkthrough with me on all of the features.

Bad presentation and over price for replacing genuie safety sensor on my garage door. First he quoted me for 300$ to replace it. Then he told me I need to replace the garage door opener because it’s too old already. Quoted for 1,000$ plus installed. I told him that’s not the problem. Then he went down to 199$ without changing the wiring of the sensor.

I randomly picked this company based on their reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I like the fact that they are 24 hours. I was able to call later in the evening and was able to get a servicer out early the next day. Jose was my servicer and he was prompt and friendly. I ended up needing a whole new opener and he had it installed in about an hour. I'm not one to be easily impressed but the customer service from the phone operator to the servicer was top notch. This company knows, and practices, quality customer service! This is the second time I have used them and will continue to endorse and recommend this company for any garage door needs! When I called for an appointment, Mary was welcoming, friendly and efficient. She quickly reserved a time and date that worked for my schedule. She followed up with a confirmation email which included the name and picture of the technician who would be completing my job, with a link to his bio. Jose, the technician, called me prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He showed up on time and was prompt and friendly. Now my garage door opens quietly and consistently (which my old one had not been doing!).
