I am sorry there was a misunderstanding. I am not sure what your neighbors had done, but what you got from us is our rebuild package which includes replacing all the major moving parts on your door with premium grade parts, and a lifetime warranty on those parts for as long as you live in your home. I hope this explains our costs, and thank you for your feedback and for being our customer..

The large spring on my automatic garage door mechanism broke on Sunday so I was unable to put my car back in my garage. When I checked for a repair service, I was impressed with the reviews from Precision so I called Sunday evening expecting to leave a message. I actually spoke to a receptionist who was very helpful and scheduled service for the next day, today, to come between 4-6 pm. Since I get off work at 2 pm I told the scheduler that if the repairman could come earlier I'd be there. When I got home today at about 2:15 pm Jose, the repairman, was waiting for me. Within an hour he had my door completely repaired including the parts I needed plus service for the rest of the door mechanism. I was very impressed by the workmanship and professionalism of everyone involved. I want to give a special shout out to JOSE who did the repairs and explained all the work that was done. He also let me know the cost before starting the repairs and gave me two options. Thanks so much to the entire Precision team for your help!!!

Needed an emergency garage door repair, spring broke. I was able to arrange an appointment that fit into my busy schedule and was very pleased when the repairman, Jose, arrived a little early. Jose was knowledgeable and took the time to examine the situation then explain it in detail to us. Though I think the cost is high, it was well within the range of what we found when researching it on the internet. When he got to my house, he got right to work. He really knows his stuff. He explained everything he was going to do. well, Don Taylor (Owner) let me tell you how I feel. 11 days ago we got an estimate for a new garage door and our sales rep. (Dean) was great. However, since we PAID IN FULL that day and were assured "Someone" would contact us on the installation date we wanted 03/18/2019. Since then the silence is deafening. I've reached out to NO avail since your Reps. can only take messages! Well, my messages seem to fall on DEAF EARS since no one has called me back! I called yersterday, March 9th to purchase a couple of new remote door openers and was told they would be out today betweern 2-4. Much to my surprise I revcieved a call from Steve around 10:30 this morning sayinbg he could be here in about 15 minutes and of course I said come on "down" :-)) .. Looking for garage door repair company. Found web page with owner's picture. This was important because it told me this company has pride. At 11:30 on a Friday I placed an order for repairs. I was told the technician would be out between 2-4 this same day. Well, the technician was ahead of schedule and arrived at 12:45 pm. My door was repaired by 1:00 pm.
