I had used Precision some years ago to repair and replace a garage door. They did excellent work back then. Recently my lift motors began to fail. They were near end-of-life. I contacted Precision. They arrived with upgraded replacements to the motors and drive mechanisms. The installation was done very well. The work guaranteed. The price was reasonable. The technician explained everything and did not mind my watching him work and learning from him.

Got three different quotes in the beginning of my service to choose from which I really liked because they weren’t, trying to up-sell me on anything. I have an old garage door (one piece, not panels) and a spring had broken. I told them this when I called to make the appointment. The rep, who was on time and very friendly by the way, told me that the garage door is old and outdated and that springs are not readily available. He recommended replacing the door for $699 I believe, and when I said that is not in the budget, he immediately called and lowered the price to $649. That was a red flag for sure. I decided to check other companies, and found a local company who was here within an hours time with two springs- only one had broken, but they are old, so better to replace both. He was able to buy the springs locally and install. Total cost $169 including labor and parts. I am a realtor and constantly get requests for good service providers. I would never recommend this company.

Precision Door was so easy to do business with. I needed to get a second LiftMaster jack-shaft garage door opener for my home. I contacted them over the weekend and they were back in touch with me right away. I received a same day installation from the best set of installers. The pricing was good, the work was done expertly. I definitely will use the again.

We had an awesome experience with our service man Carlos Jaquez. He came out to assess our project to install garage door. We weren’t sure it would be possible because there wasn’t prior frame work. Carlos assured it can done. We were ecstatic. He arrived on scheduled time. Carlos went straight to work. His knowledge and experience was quickly evident. He explained in advance what the project was going to entail. We were so happy after the framing, garage door, garage door opener were installed. It looked very nice. Carlos also informed us how to use the garage door opener. We felt Carlos went beyond our expectations. We’re glad to have found Precision garage door services.

The large spring on my automatic garage door mechanism broke on Sunday so I was unable to put my car back in my garage. When I checked for a repair service, I was impressed with the reviews from Precision so I called Sunday evening expecting to leave a message. I actually spoke to a receptionist who was very helpful and scheduled service for the next day, today, to come between 4-6 pm. Since I get off work at 2 pm I told the scheduler that if the repairman could come earlier I'd be there. When I got home today at about 2:15 pm Jose, the repairman, was waiting for me. Within an hour he had my door completely repaired including the parts I needed plus service for the rest of the door mechanism. I was very impressed by the workmanship and professionalism of everyone involved. I want to give a special shout out to JOSE who did the repairs and explained all the work that was done. He also let me know the cost before starting the repairs and gave me two options. Thanks so much to the entire Precision team for your help!!!

Needed an emergency garage door repair, spring broke. I was able to arrange an appointment that fit into my busy schedule and was very pleased when the repairman, Jose, arrived a little early. Jose was knowledgeable and took the time to examine the situation then explain it in detail to us. Though I think the cost is high, it was well within the range of what we found when researching it on the internet.
