I called Precision Door service because my Garage spring broke. I made an appointment for later this afternoon. Jose called he was going be to my house in about 20 min. When he got to my house, he got right to work. He really knows his stuff. He explained everything he was going to do. He quoted me a price before he started, the final price was just as he quoted, no hidden fees. He was Fast. He cleaned up after he was done, a real professional. Worth every penny. I will refer Precision Door service to all my friends and neighbors.

Well, as usual, with a repair man here the door worked perfectly. But Michael was very polite and showed me a few things to look for in the future should the door misbehave for me and assured me Precision was happy to respond even when they couldn't find anything wrong. I appreciate that!

Precision Door Service is an excellent garage door company. The techs are always on time and very professional and friendly. They get the job done quickly but properly and explain what they did and show you that the problem you may or may not have had is now fixed. Had a spring snap on my garage door. Went to Safari to garage door repair. Found excellent reviews and great star rating. Called and set appointment for Sunday when all others were closed. Steve showed up within the window of time. Highly trained and motivated tech, clearly explained repair procedure and options. Very pleased with the entire procedure. We had trouble finding someone to replace a broken garage door opener with a difficult space problem but they replaced it when others couldn't. Seems to be working great.

Steve was very thorough in his assessment of what was wrong with the door and I appreciated that he did not try to convince me to purchase other products or services. I had a broken spring on my 25 year old garage door and decided to get "the works" (spring, cable and rollers, etc). Better safe than sorry! I chose you guys because of past experience when I was impressed by your techs. Again, I was impressed by your friendly, professional techs....and believe me...I am difficult to impress. well, Don Taylor (Owner) let me tell you how I feel. 11 days ago we got an estimate for a new garage door and our sales rep. (Dean) was great. However, since we PAID IN FULL that day and were assured "Someone" would contact us on the installation date we wanted 03/18/2019. Since then the silence is deafening. I've reached out to NO avail since your Reps. can only take messages! Well, my messages seem to fall on DEAF EARS since no one has called me back! I hope you read these because you need to know how horrible your customer service is! I'll be expecting a call from your company immediately...

I called yersterday, March 9th to purchase a couple of new remote door openers and was told they would be out today betweern 2-4. Much to my surprise I revcieved a call from Steve around 10:30 this morning sayinbg he could be here in about 15 minutes and of course I said come on "down" :-)) .. Streve got here, took care of business, and he also lubed the track bar and we had to chit chat for a bit then I sent him on his way,,,, I highly recommend Steve and Precision Garage Doors to anyone needing some help.

Looking for garage door repair company. Found web page with owner's picture. This was important because it told me this company has pride. At 11:30 on a Friday I placed an order for repairs. I was told the technician would be out between 2-4 this same day. Well, the technician was ahead of schedule and arrived at 12:45 pm. My door was repaired by 1:00 pm. Steve Marsh was very professional and had a GREAT personality. Thank you Precision Door Repair !!!!!

Installed a brand new door 3 years ago. Either poor quality or poor installation the door has failed only 3 yrs later. Now will have to pay another expense for repairs. Disappointed

Warning: Be sure you receive several bids before you do business with this business We had a door installed and was over charged by a much as $500.00, The cost was $1470.00. Additionally, the installer,two technicians and owner Don could not resolve our issue with the door opener closing. We had to contact Arrow Garage Door in Hemet to troubleshoot the problem and this was their finding: > limit switch was bad which we told the second technician to check and he stated this was not the issue. Both technicians wanted us to replace the Garage door opener and the board in the opener. > Arrow Garage Door informed us the exact same door by the same manufacturer would have cost us $900.00 installed. Precision door is not a reputable company in our opinion and we will never do business with them again. Buyers beware

I have had Precision Garage Door systems put into my last two houses and wouldn’t use any other company for my garage doors. In my first house, the garage doors were so loud and my bedroom was right above the garage so, I had them replaced by Precision and it made a huge difference. The next new house I purchased I told them to not even bother putting in the garage door hardware because I was going to have it replaced by Precision anyway. They are quiet, smooth rolling and last much longer than other systems. The technicians are also very knowledge and helpful. I am in the process of building a home and I am definitely putting a Precision Garage Door system there as well. Thanks!
