My header bracket on my garage door was never installed correctly by overhead Door of the L.A Basin. It was a sloppy install into the drywall only. Jose Perea from precision door service was here on time fixed the problem so it won’t happen again.

Field Service Tech came out right away and found the problem. Put down 50% deposit ($300) for the garage door system and was told Stephanie would call to set up installation appointment. No call came. I have called them multiple times (it's a dispatch person), gave up and asked for a refund. Now, they won't call me back. Filing a police report on Monday and one with BBB.

Ken Jaquez our serviceman was very professional and knowledgeable. He clearly explained the options for repairing our 20year+ garage door. Although the electric opener was also old it was still working perfectly. He quickly replaced the springs, rollers and brackets. The door now closes properly and quite than ever before. our only regret was that he didnt have any new keypads in the truck to replace our badly operating one.

Great job guys! We had an ugly pink dinosaur garage door. Our installer Carlos Jaquez took it off and o stalled a new amazing door with windows and all in about 3 hours!!! ???????? BY HIMSELF!! Fast worker, precise craftsman, the guy knows his stuff and you can tell by the finish product. He added addition wood frame as need based on our needs without hesitation. My husband and I just moved to Temecula and our garage door sounded like a meat grinder. What a huge waste of my time! Dean doesn’t have the courtesy to reply to an email or to return a call after two phone messages were left. I wanted to have him install a new garage door opener and replace the seals. I’ll be calling another business for help.

I just want to thank you for coming out to fix my garage door even though the original installation was not done properly by Derek olear but I should have not be charged for shoddy workmanship. It shouldn’t matter if it was a holiday or not. This is not a proper way to do business and charge people $89 for fixing the company’s mistake. I would appreciate a refund. Thank you.

Today is Labor Day and my garage door got stuck open! I googled a garage door repair company and Precision door service came up. And their web site stated they were open today. Jose Peres came out within about 2 hours of my call and replaced my garage door opener in an hour. He then went thru and linked my car to the opener so I didn’t have to use the remote. He even said he was available to help my boyfriend with his link up if there was any problems. Great service all around.

Yesterday afternoon, while moving stuff in our garage, I accidentally damaged the sensor which prevents closing the door if anything is in the way. I called Precision (which repaired our door a couple of years ago), and they had a technician (Steve) out here this morning (a Saturday). It took him no more than a half hour to install a new sensor and lubricate the track, so the door now works perfectly. VERY prompt and courteous service!

I had a problem with my door opener today. Thinking is was a minor thing I called your company and a service man came the same day .. He assessed the problem and found the motor was bad. He tryed everything to get it going but the last resort was to buy a new garage door opener. He did a great job replacing it . As hot as it was, he replaced the old one and did very good work. I would give him a 5 star rating. Very pleasant.
