Quick, efficient, and courteous are the best way to describe the service I received. Based on this and the warranty I now have, I am Precision Door customer for life. Highly recommend!!!

We had a great experience by choosing Precision. When we called, we thought it may be several days to a week or more. They offered an afternoon appointment. we were very grateful they could accommodate so soon. We live in Big Bear City out past Baldwin Lake. To get to our home you have to take a few dirt roads and with our bad winter they were not in the best shape. The technician Benny Urbino, called prior to arriving. he arrived when he said he would be there. we knew our garage door was in bad shape. He replaced everything that needed replacing. he offered several options for the garage door opener, and he had everything on the truck, He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The door is working fine. I feel the price was too much. Your office promised an arrival time of between 12:00 - 2:00. The tech called me at 1:47 that he would be about 30 to 45 minutes late. He got here at 4:00. After giving me an estimate of $900.00 I told him that was high. He then started you can call someone else. I told him it was too late to get someone here. (Bad Service)

Justin was able to come out to my home same day wich was very convenient! He installed a new garage door motor and preformed some maintenance on my hinges and barrings etc. He also installed a new key pad for me. Justin was wonderful to work with and he also educated me on some basic maintenance I can do myself. I would definitely reccomend Precision for any service needs and will be 100% using them in the future when needed. Thanks Justin!!

Spring broke on our garage door with a loud pop at 7:30am this morning. Called Precision Door at 10:45am and done by 2pm a new spring. That is prompt service. Carlos Barragan was great communicating on the problem, options to solve the problem and in general great explanation of next steps.
