The service was excellent. When I closed to schedule an appointment, I was given a two hour window, but the technician was at my home with 45 minutes and had the garage fixed within 40 minutes.

Garage door opener break-downs always occur suddenly, and always at an awful time, in this case, late in the afternoon and before many important events. Precision provided service early the next morning, quickly replaced all the broken parts and installed a new opener. Technician Jose Perea was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and helpful. I was impressed with every aspect of Precision's business.

The tech Michael was polite friendly and knowledgeable. And fixed the problem. However i gave three stars. Because i was told price was 69.00 to come out. If you dont do the job with them you will be charged that amount. Other wise it is removed. I was told springs each cost 149.00 or higher. That included labor tune up.and tax i was charged 530.00 two springs. That included 88$ for labor 69$ for lube and tune. And 199.00 each spring. He removed 25$ for a referrel. As well as extra after i complained. If i paid 69$ and sent tech on his way. Another co Day and night said they could come same day and that they would charge 395.00 for all included tax on part material and labor. And if this co charged more than 400$ recommends sending on way. I did read reniews Precision tends to do this once they show up.. I went with them only because after paying trip fee and other co fee i would only saved 65$. Michael did a good job. But for the co. Charging more than most companys. Including a extra 69$ lube and tune. Basically service call they said remove. Including raising pricea once arrive. I cant recommend the company. If you go with them be prepared for the prices to change its not all included. "Live and learn!"

Fantastic, courteous service--I was thoroughly impressed. I was able to book a same-day appointment because our door opener was malfunctioning and we were at our wit's end trying to diagnose the cause. Nick Martinez drove all the way out from several cities away to investigate only to find---to our embarrassment---that it was just a broom handle blocking the failsafe electric eye sensor. Doh. Nick handled the situation with grace and good humor, and even took the time to walk us through maintenance tips to extend the life of our system. He refused to let us pay for the service call, even though it was our own mistake. We will definitely be using Precision Door Service for all of needs in the future, and can't recommend them highly enough! Thanks, Nick and Precision!

Dear Precision, I was so very surprised to have your wonderful, & more than qualified Jose Perea show up early the same day I called you for several things wrong with my main Garage door. The Broken main spring was the main problem with several minor issues. He was quick to introduce himself and even faster to diagnose and jump right in to his work at hand. He followed my wishes to the letter and the job was completed in about 40 minutes or less. Jose picked up after himself even sweeping the area he worked in. He gave me a list of suggestions also for preventive maintenance issues so I could get more life out of the new unit. I learned where all the most important grease or oil areas are located. I could not have ever asked for a better Company or service rep. to perform this repair job. I will never ever call anyone but Precision & ask for Jose if I ever have any further Garage door problems again. The other door is 14 years old and even after preforming the preventative maintenance on the 2nd door the next day you just never know when a spring will break or a controller will give out. Oh and they do help out us Veterans some also. Give them your business and you will not be sorry you did. I wasn't.

My garage door had many issues to fix and Precision fixed them all for me and saved me from impending headache. Derek was very helpful, very professional, very efficient, very friendly and was on time. He embodied the professionalism and efficiency of his company and delivered the efficient service they promised to deliver. On top of that they helped me with financing services which unloaded financial burdens from my shoulder. Plus they have a reduced price for a packaged deal. Appointment was schedule for June 4 between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. I was called at 7:30 a.m. by technician Nick Martinez to tell me he was on his way. Nick was totally professional. My problem was diagnosed and solved. The motherboard on my 25+ yr old garage door opener was messed up. Carlos Barragon has seen this problem before and replaced it with and new upgraded garage door opener. He was extremely courteous and professional the whole time even when it was hot in the garage and I had many questions. He was very helpful when I was getting nervous (kind of freaking out) about the price he let me know all the benefits of the new door and took the time to help me download the app and how it works. This door opens so quietly now and the app is pretty cool. Thank you for your help Carlos and Precision!
