WOW!!! I pushed the garage door button & heard a loud click & door didn't move. I Googled "Garage door repair" & picked Precision door at random. Lucky pick! The lady that answered at 11 A.M said that somebody would be out between 12 noon & 2.P.M. Carlos came out, diagnosed the problem & everything was hunky-dory by 3 P.M. The motor was burned out & Carlos replaced it, all sensors & the door button with updated versions of the same brand. The motor was seventeen years old so it was time for it to go off into the sunset. I am not at all surprised that it burned out after seventeen years of use; it came with the house when I bought it brand-new in 2006. Everything is working perfectly now & I couldn't be happier with the service I got from Precision. It really & truly exceeded expectations.

I called Precision Door Service last night because one of my garage door tension springs had snapped, and they had a repairman (Liam) show up the next morning, He was helpful and professional and gave me a great price to replace both of my garage door tension springs; and it was less than the two other quotes I had received already. My technician was great! I purchased a garage door opener that I wanted on amazon, and they quickly removed the old garage door opener, installed the new one along with the sensors, garage door opener button and programmed the remotes. He let me know about the condition of the garage door but didn't pressure me into any work.

They are "A-Typical" in that they show up when promised, keeps the customer informed throughout the process and, more importantly, their workmanship is outstanding, completed on time and within budget. Bottom line: do yourself a favor and hire them for your garage door needs.

We had a great experience by choosing Precision. When we called, we thought it may be several days to a week or more. They offered an afternoon appointment. we were very grateful they could accommodate so soon. We live in Big Bear City out past Baldwin Lake. To get to our home you have to take a few dirt roads and with our bad winter they were not in the best shape. The technician Benny Urbino, called prior to arriving. he arrived when he said he would be there. we knew our garage door was in bad shape. He replaced everything that needed replacing. he offered several options for the garage door opener, and he had everything on the truck, He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The door is working fine. I feel the price was too much. Your office promised an arrival time of between 12:00 - 2:00. The tech called me at 1:47 that he would be about 30 to 45 minutes late. He got here at 4:00. After giving me an estimate of $900.00 I told him that was high. He then started you can call someone else. I told him it was too late to get someone here. (Bad Service)

Justin was able to come out to my home same day wich was very convenient! He installed a new garage door motor and preformed some maintenance on my hinges and barrings etc. He also installed a new key pad for me. Justin was wonderful to work with and he also educated me on some basic maintenance I can do myself.
