My garage door died this morning. Not knowing who to call I went online and found Precision. What I find. They were professional scheduled an appointment for me today. Fortunately for me they called and could come earlier than my scheduled time. My service man’s name was Nick and did an outstanding job. He was professional, knowledgeable and just a really good guy. I highly recommend them.

I was scheduled for 2-4 pm. Instead Jose came about 12:30 and was done by 1:30. Excellent work done, replacing the spring and cables. He also added a strut to strengthen the door. I am very pleased with the work done and the speed of the service.

We had used Precision about 5 years ago for garage door maintenance. This time we didn't have an emergency repair, but just needed a tune-up on our door and were looking to purchase a new opener. Called at 8:00 AM Saturday morning, and they got us a technician before noon the same day! Jorge Fortanel was courteous, professional, and explained everything to our satisfaction. The opener installation and maintenance on the door exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend Precision!

Carlos did a great job repairing my garage door. He was early, had the repair complete in no time at all and was professional to the extreme. He suggested some improvements and explained why they would be helpful. He gave me up front pricing which did not change after-the-fact. Best of all there was no push for a new door, no sales pitch and no pressure. I can’t imagine how the experience could have been any better!

Excellent services! The appointment was available within two hours of my call. The service technician shows up a little late due to his prior assignment, but he did call to inform me his new arrival time. Technician Carlos was very professional and very knowledgeable about what was needed to repair the garage door panel. He got everything done in an hour! Super job!!!

My problem was diagnosed and solved. The motherboard on my 25+ yr old garage door opener was messed up. Carlos Barragon has seen this problem before and replaced it with and new upgraded garage door opener. He was extremely courteous and professional the whole time even when it was hot in the garage and I had many questions. He was very helpful when I was getting nervous (kind of freaking out) about the price he let me know all the benefits of the new door and took the time to help me download the app and how it works. This door opens so quietly now and the app is pretty cool. Thank you for your help Carlos and Precision!
