Precision Door Service(s) were referred to me from a neighbor. Appt. was made, Service Technician Jorge Fortanel called within the stated time window and called when 20 minutes. A safety inspection of all components were performed and shared(already noting springs were broke). New springs and plates, garage door chain/belt was adjusted to alignment and rolling guides were cleaned. Expectations, Problem Solving, Courtesy, and Professionalism were Noted: One word describes my experience, OUTSTANDING.

Called at 800 and young lady who answered phone was very helpful and courteous. I was told that technician would be here between 10 to 12 am and he was. Technician called 10 minutes before arrival as the young lady said. He than explanined what he would to fix the door and prices. He was not pushy on the higher work. But he recommended what should be done in the future. As I’m on a fixed income I really appreciated that. For future work I will call back.

The staff made an appointment right away at the best time for me. Our repairman was on time, cheerful, went right to work, didn't complain about the messy garage and did a great job. I damaged by garage door Saturday night July 1st and It got fix July 5th. Not because I call Precision Garage Door the next day. I did not know who to call, my friend suggested Precision Garage Door to me today July 5th and within 4 hours it was fixed. Carlos the technician was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. He gave me information about my automatic garage door that I did not know about. He gave me options regarding fixing it and replacing it. He was very helpful. I decided to fix it for now. It will be 20 years old next year so I know soon it is going to give out on me. I was very happy with the service that I received.

Thank you for fitting me in Friday afternoon to have my garage door opener repaired. Lee was very professional and was able to find the reason for the opener not working. He replaced one of the sensors that was not functioning and rewired everything. Thanks Lee for the suggestion to use the silicone spray twice a year!

Your technician Jose Perea was friendly, professional, efficient, and arrived promptly within the time frame I was given. He was originally scheduled for a repair but alas the whole garage door opener had to be replaced. I appreciated that he had a few choices in his truck for me to choose from and explained the differences in models and prices. He installed it in a timely manner. I was also happy that they honor their service discount on their stickers that they had left on a previous visit. I would highly recommend Precision Garage door service.

Carlos and his assistant were excellent and explained what needed to be done. For now I chose the least expensive! They replaced all the rollers and recalibrated the motor and the door is perfect now but will need the new motor, etc probably rather soon! I will definitely call and request Carlos and his assistant when I do.

Jorge called before arriving. Left message on main number called alt number and spoke to husband arrived on time. Diagnosed problem quickly and have estimate explained in detail all that was involved. Quickly and professionally repaired garage door. We are happy to be up and running. Carlos arrived a little early (which was just fine with me), assessed the situation and explained his findings and plan to remedy the issue. Wow! I was just robbed! Twice! Once by the theif who broke into my car and the by Precision Garage Door! Absolute worst company to do business with. The Technician told me Since I tampered with the opener it would be $250 to reprogram. What? All I did was program new remote controls. It took him a whole 3 minutes to fix it. Absolutely inappropriate charges. I expected to pay something but didn't expect to be robbed twice! I won't be calling again.
