I came home last night to discover that I could not open my garage door. Turned out to be a broken spring. I called the number on their website and was immediately given an appointment for today. Carlos arrived a little early (which was just fine with me), assessed the situation and explained his findings and plan to remedy the issue. He went to work quickly and had everything repaired in short order. Carlos was professional and polite. I have used Precision a couple of times in the past and will continue to use them as the need arises. Precision is the BEST!

Wow! I was just robbed! Twice! Once by the theif who broke into my car and the by Precision Garage Door! Absolute worst company to do business with. The Technician told me Since I tampered with the opener it would be $250 to reprogram. What? All I did was program new remote controls. It took him a whole 3 minutes to fix it. Absolutely inappropriate charges. I expected to pay something but didn't expect to be robbed twice! I won't be calling again.

You guys came out on a 2 hour notice on Saturday, Carlos Barragan was the tech that showed up, very polite, knowledgeable, explain what he was gonna do, and suggested upgrade the whole system, rollers, bearings cables and springs, one of my springs had broke, which is why I called, Carlos told me what he recommended was entirely my chose, and there was no pressure to do the additional work. I went for the upgrade as it comes with a lifetime warranty on parts, and 5 years on labor. Thank you Carlos for a quick and excellent job, and thank your Precision Doors.
