Was a pleasure doing business with someone (Jose) who enjoys and takes pride in his work. Jose was friendly and very professional. I am giving this company a single star because I was charged a service call even though I was promised that there would be no charge for the technician to come out when I made the appointment. The tech was very cordial upon arrival but soon changed after I decided that I did not want to spend $3500 for a new motor. Calls to the customer service desk were equally problematic when I called in to request a refund. There was never a manager to speak to and although I was promised someone would get in touch me, it never happened. So basically Precision Door is NOT "a Name I can Trust"

All I wanted was my chain drive opener replaced. The tech quoted me $1075.00 I said that’s to much and that I was willing to pay $500.00 but I’ll just do it myself so I gave him the $89.95 service fee and went to Lowe’s and bought one for $200.00 piece of cake. Your company missed out on $300.00 profit and referrals.
