"Wi-Fi connection" It started when I upgraded my wifi the connection was lost. I'd tried the step by step to reconnect even when in youtube but nothing was done. So I called Precision explain the situation. The next day a technician came to my house holding a tablet trying to reconnect the wifi. I provided the wifi name and password. He was unable to reconnect and he sated that I should contact myQ apps and see what can they do or even my internet provider they too I should contact and see if they can resolve my wifi issue. REALLY!!! What a "BS" very very disappointed. I didn't realize he was the only technician in working in the field that he has never encounter a customer like me with wifi issue. Talk about lack of knowledge, skills and etc. How about calling someone a co-worker or someone who might know about wifi issue in garage door opener. I am sure I wasn't the only person in the stated of California has wifi issue. He didn't even do that. I end up spending $160. for nothing. I had to ask my co-workers at work they had explain step by step what I need to be done. Problem solve thanks to my co-works.

I have used your company for several years now and this time when I called in I asked for (Benny) the lady that answered said she didn’t have a Benny on the list. I was happy when the truck arrived it was Benny. We were scheduled for the next day but Jose was in the neighborhood and came right over to help. He was very personable and professional. I swear he could have done the job blindfolded. He took down the old Lift Master and installed the new one including two new sensors, two new remotes, and a new wall switch all within 40 minutes. He said we'd really like the new garage door opener and he was right. I even like the sound of the new one opening. My garage door was beyond my limited knowledge to repair. I did the usual of YouTube videos, tightened everything that moves and lubed everything that thought of moving. No bueno. So I turned to the experts. First, they offered same day service. I darn near fell off my chair. Agreed upon a time-frame and was pleasantly surprised when the phone rang and Edgar Sanchez said he was 10 minutes away. He opened and closed the door a few times then told me what he thought. No hard sell, no Chicken Little threats if I didn't follow his recommendations, just the facts. I made up my mind and Edgar followed through with clarity. Replaced the 15 yr old rollers and installed a 15 ft. struct that added structural integrity. Adjusted, tightened and lubed. The difference is noticeable and I'm pleased.
