We contacted Precision Door on a Saturday evening and had a new motor installed within a couple of hours on the following Monday morning. Carlos gave us options and is a total pro! In addition to installing the new motor, rollers and keypad, he reinforced the door which will extend its life. Great communication from first contact too!

Very Thankful! Unfortunately, my car was trapped inside the garage due to broken springs and broken cable. Was unable to get the garage door to open or close. Not sure who to call, I found Precision online and scheduled a same day appointment. Dave provided excellent customer service and resolved our issue the same day. I called Precision because I had a broken garage door spring. Precision also installed LiftMaster for me 2 years ago. When Jorge arrived, he examined every part of my garage door. He did also let me know that the rollers mights need to be replaced in 2 more years. I made the decision to replace the ball bearings, ball bearing roller, residential drums and torsion cable, now. I was informed of the warranty of 2 years, but decided to opt for the lifetime warranty. Thank you Jorge for your time and the super job you did replacing the springs and more.

Fleecing the repeat customer is a BIG issue... You were very responsive and came out the same day which we were grateful for. As it turned out, two screws had fallen out of one of the metal plates that attach to the garage door at each roller joint. Carlos found the issue and said he could fix it. So, for $59.99 he came to my house and found the problem. Two screws cost less than a dollar, but I haven’t had anything serviced since your guy was here the last time and that was over 5 years ago. I agreed to the "tune up”to make sure everything kept working into the future. For 15 minutes of work and three dollars worth of lubricant, that cost me $89.95!!! WTF What is completely inappropriate is a surprise charge of $16.95 for “Environmental Fee - Miscellaneous hardware/product/enviro fee/fuel charge. All of that should have been covered in the other two line items, considering I had agreed to $140 for less than $10.00 worth of screws and lubricant and a short drive to my house. On top of that, I had cash, my checkbook, and a credit card available as payment. Carlos told my wife that the “credit card was easiest” but then I got charged another $3.34 for using the credit card. I responded to there feedback email but got ZERO response about my extreme displeasure with getting fleeced to the tune of $171.50 for a 15 minute service call. I chose to use your company again because I had a good experience in the past. That may not be the case in the future! Word of mouth referrals are very important to me as I’m sure they are to you.

ALEX CAME OUT RIGHT ON TIME AND REVIEWED MY GARAGE DOOR AND GOLF DOOR SITUATION. BOTH MUST BE REPLACED AND HE HAS EXACTLY THE RIGHT DOORS REQUIRED BY OUR HOA. HE EVEN SAID HE WOULD WALK REQUIRED DOCUMENTS OVER TO HOA FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL. CAN'T ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE THAN THAT. I GAVE HIM A DEPOSIT AND WE ARE OFF AND RUNNING. EXCELLENT!!! I had an appointment for between 2-6. I called the company to see when they would be arriving before 2:00. They were going to have the technician call to update me because they could not get ahold of him. I never got a call back. My daughter ran out to get gas for a short time because they had not called me. I called the company a second time at 4:45 since I had not received a phone call. They said he tried to call twice and no one answered and that he stopped by and no one was there so he left. I have a doorbell camera he said he came at 4:30. I have no video of him at the door. Cameras don't lie. I checked my recent phone calls and nothing came through and no voicemail was left. I had my phone on me all day so I would not miss a call from them. I also did not get a text. Now they can not reschedule until tomorrow so my daughter would have to stay home for 4 hours again tomorrow. Horrible customer service. I will be finding a different company to use. If you are needing quick reliable service don't use this company.

Derek was great! I purchased a warranty from Precision when my garage was repaired last year. I had a minor issue and called them. They dispatched a technician (Derek) the very next day and he diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly. Great service all around.

Dave came out the same day to help get my remotes working. While there he found a bar that was bent/broken and recommended it be fixed. I agreed! Dave went above and beyond to get my old garage doors working. I am a 75-yr old widow and he was beyond helpful! Would use this company again!

Very satisfied with the installation of my new garage door opener. I opted for the Lift Master door opener and couldn't be happier. Very quiet motor. My technician (Ivan Estrada) was professional, friendly, and had the old opener removed, and the new one installed in under 2 hours. He left the garage in a neat and clean condition.
