Rip Off.....$69.00++ for Estimate - for appt. to come and look at the damage and if I agreed to do the work it would be deducted from the final bill. Estimate extremely over priced, resulting in costing me $69.00 for a guy to come by my house for 5 minutes. Example: I was told springs on door were undersize and it would cost $600.00++ to repair. Cost of replacement springs alone were $209.00 each (Can buy heavy duty springs at Home Depot for $65.00 for Two(2) springs). Because I would not pay for the fix, I still got stuck for the $69.00++ for 5 minute visit. Called another garage door company and they fixed the problem for $195.00. This company verified that the springs were undersized but could still be used by tightening the springs. Was not given this option with Precision. I am a contractor and will never use Precision again and will not recommend them for any type of work.

I have used Precision before to replace a garage door spring and they did a good job. So, I used them again for garage door opener. The technician was on time, courteous, and did a good job with no glitches. Garage door opener works like its supposed to. No problems.

I have used Precision Garage Door several times and am always impressed about the personable and yet professional and timely service they provide. Today I had Justin Pearson successfully repair my Liftmaster opener with the telephonic assistance of a Liftmaster technician. When the opener functioned properly again, I could see a big smile in Justin’s face as he readily admitted that he too had learned something new today. With that he cemented my confidence that I will always be in good hands with Precision Garage Door.

Just finished repairing our two car garage door that went off rail. Got charged over $2K. Repair person did not offer “Good”, “Better” or “Best” quotations. Went straight to offer “Best” repair quote at over $2000. Found out there was a “Good” repair option at about $600 and “Better” option at around $1300 after paying off the invoice. Called management for explanation but did not return my call. Boasting their “life time warranty” which has many limitations. Learned a very expensive lesson. Please do your homework and compare prices before using their service! The worse is you lose $69.99 estimation fee. Not like me, overpaying thousand plus. Not very honest business practice. Take precaution before commit!

The service guys showed up on time and in the promised service window. They did an excellent job getting my garage door working in “as new” condition again. It mainly needed some lubrication on the rollers. Now, it’s whisper quiet again! And they didn’t charge me for the call. Thanks Precision Garage Door!

Benjamin, the the tech, was courteous, professional and informative; his truck was fully equipped, and he did not have to leave the premises to locate additional parts. Very satisfied with corrections of a recent botched-job made by another “company”. A note to senior citizens: do your research first, and be satisfied the first time around with Precision Garage Door Service!!

ABSOLUTELY DON’T GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! We call them out to replace our weather stripping around our garage. Jorge came out and assessed our garage, said we needed a bunch of work done. My husband asked him if he could replace the weather stripping, he said he didn’t have any on the truck. That’s what we called him out to do. He changed us $69.95 for an estimate. Not even to mention it was a ridiculous amount. The email they sent said to contact them before we wrote a review and they would make it right. We have called 5 times in four days with a promise that someone would call us back and no one has, what a joke!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!! ***under service perform below- A BIG FAT NOTHING for $69.95

A 5 star rating was earned. New springs and a complete opener package with rollers was required and installed by a very competent service/sales technician, Nick Martinez. This is the 2nd home I've used Precision for Garage service and both experiences have been 5 STAR rated. I can't speak highly enough of the complete experience--i.e. from order through job completion!!

Going on the great reviews I decided to go with this company. The tech working appeared knowledgeable and stated he was the field supervisor Jose. He worked fast and about 30 min later and $1200 for springs, rollers and everything but a new motor , the work was done. I asked why so expensive?Jose replied because of increased price since Covid , fast work, quick response and great customer service. I noticed 2 days later that all the silicone bled out on the exterior of the garage. I texted Jose and no answer after 4 hrs. I called and he replied yep That’s silicone. I asked if he could come back and get it off and he said “ oh you want me to do it”? I said yes. He said he would txt me a date that would work for both of us and I haven’t heard back from him. It’s 3 weeks . I texted again and no reply . Once they get your money if something’s wrong you forget it. Beware ! Too expensive and they don’t hold up to a honest commitment !

This was my 3rd appointment with your company. My first two were fine but this one I decided on the warranty and hope this is the right choice for me. I am a widow , 79 years old. I have no family here so it's up to me to choose. I do feel good about my decision and that's all I can really tell you. Nick was my technician and seemed very smart on his knowledge. Precision Garage Door responded quickly to my request for service. The technician,Jorge, was prompt,polite and explainded the problem to me right away. PRECISION MET ALL EXPECTATIONS. ON TIME, COURTEOUS GUY TOOK ABOUT 10 MINUTES TO DIAGNOSE AND FIX MY PROBLEM. HE MADE LIFE SO MUCH EASIER AS THE DOOR DIDN'T RESPOND TO ANY LINKS. IT TURNED OUT TO BE A SENSOR PROBLEM. WILL DEFINATELY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS AND USE AGAIN.
