Unhappy I have been on the phone with Chamberlain/Liftmaster for 2hours and still the app does not work. I bought the garage door opener with the camera and online controls spent 2 hours to finally get it connected to find out I need to delete the app and start over because the camera didn’t connect. The tech that installed my opener said just download the app and it will work. Waste of money and my time for what the unit cost you would think it would be easier.

The cable on my garage door was wound around the top bar and the door went sideways. I called at 7am and talked to Tory, she was very professional and nice. She made my appointment between 12 noon and 4pm. Carlos called and was at my house at 2pm. He was professional, hard working and a very nice person. My door was fixed in about 30 minutes, it works terrific. I appreciate you all and would always recommend Precision to my family and friends.

I had a service call with Precision Garage Door back in 2019. I was satisfied and decided to call them again because one of the cable was about to snap. I needed the service and had to get it done. The technician was very courteous. What disappointed me was the charge on the cable. $269.00 for two 8 foot cables. Do your research and you will find that it was way too much. Total bill was $506.75.

My garage door stop working, so a friend suggested "Precision Garage Door Service," it was a Sunday early afternoon and I was able to make an appointment a couple of hours later, no extra charge. Ivan the technician called to let me know his ETA and was here on time. After I explained my situation, he gave a couple of options. The price was good and competitive (I checked) I was happy with it. About or less than an hour later all was done. He explained how to use it, how to put in passwords. Gave all the necessary information and paperwork and that was it. Easy, painless, good price, the motor has lifetime warranty. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

I give the Technician 0 stars My appointment was at 9:00 am. He rang my doorbell at 8:50 am and my husband answered the door and told Alex that my wife is not ready to wait till 9:00 am and she will be out the Tech said well she needs to reschedule and left . All I have to say is that was his lost on a sale . Alex would not wait for 10 minutes which the appointment for 9:00 am .

Arrived early (who does that) which was great Explained clearly what was found (broken spring) and why company policy is to replace both springs. Also advised that Garage door, cables, and motor are good quality with lots of life left. Rollers in good shape but Recommended changing the rollers to newer more reliable ones (which I did not do). Very professional and knowledgeable. Worked quickly and cleaned up after complete. No complaints. Happy but not cheap.

Ivan did an excellent job on the Tube-up and a replacement broken roller bracket. Explained everything that was going to be done and he did that. I would defiantly use there service again in the future!

Precision installed our new LiftMaster garage door opener in late 2021. It has worked great since installation. Today our backup battery started beeping every 30 seconds, so it needed replacement. We called this morning and Precision immediately set up an appointment for today between noon and 2:00 pm. The technician, Jorge, phoned me and arrived on time. Very professional, personable and knowledgeable. When your garage door opener decides to break on you at 4:30 in the morning, you really don't have many options. I reached out to Precision at 7:30 am and was able to speak to someone right away.
