I selected Precision Door service based on the reviews I’d seen from yelp and Google. My garage door was making a lot of noise and the garage door opener seemed to be laboring to open and close the door. I wanted it checked to make sure everything was working properly so as not to burn out the motor on the door opener. Ivan came out same day and on time. He was very professional and helpful. He tested everything and showed me the opener and garage door were working properly. While he was there I had him do a tune up and he also helped me install the MyQ app on my phone. Went above and beyond. Very happy with the service and his knowledge and experience he had. Definitely would recommend this company for any garage door needs.

Our garage door spring broke. Almost on top of me .so I needed someone to fix it. I looked on google saw the first one with a phone # and I called. Thinking it’s going to take about 3 days for someone to come fix it. Nope same day. An hour after I called I got a call I’m 10 min away. BEWARE!! Terrible company, I needed a new backup battery for my garage. They did not tell me on the phone if it was under warranty. They Charged me $219.95 for a battery that when I looked online and at home depot was under $50.00 then I get my invoice and they actually charged me $99.00 for work they never did. I tried to call several times they keep telling me they will get back to me but never do. They just keep giving me a run around. I will never use this company again.

Based on his inspection, professionalism and expertise we elected to invest a bit more than expected.
