Was not expecting to be so disappointed my garage had a single 30'' torsion spring and was talked into installing two smaller ones for a price per spring at $205 each. Ok so far i was not happy with this after being sent my bill i noticed that a charge for $99.95 for tune and lube all he did was pull out a can of dry lube spray the rollers and pivet pins then a little grease on the track and was gone total grease time maybe one minuet for $100 think i should have looked for more bids. Did reach out to talk to someone was told someone would be calling back never happened.

We had a small accident that bent our garage door and bumped it off the track. We were given an appointment quickly and our Precision service provider arrived promptly. He gave us options regarding panel replacement and door replacement. He also offered to put the door back on track, tweak the bent panel to get it back in position as good as possible and send us an estimate on a replacement door. We went for this last suggestion. He was very courteous and helpful. When we are ready to replace our door, we will be calling on Precision again. Thank you!

Jose Perea was our Tech. He showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He is very outgoing and has a positive personality, along with great customer service skills. Didn't try to over sell us, but was honest in what we needed. He is extremely knowledgeable in the trade and his work ethic shows attention to every detail. He made sure we understood how to operate the equipment and also tuned up a couple of things without charge. I would highly recommend Precision and Jose!

I am giving this company a single star because I was charged a service call even though I was promised that there would be no charge for the technician to come out when I made the appointment. The tech was very cordial upon arrival but soon changed after I decided that I did not want to spend $3500 for a new motor. Calls to the customer service desk were equally problematic when I called in to request a refund. There was never a manager to speak to and although I was promised someone would get in touch me, it never happened. So basically Precision Door is NOT "a Name I can Trust"
