OH! I have to say......I loved the work that "George did on my (2) Garage Doors!!! He was polite and respectful!! He listened well and he wanted to do all he could to Quiet my NOISY DOORS and LUBE them!! He even Vacuumed the railings and took apart the light Boxes for me, so I could Clean them and have more LIGHT when I open My Garage Doors!! HE fulfilled all that I asked him to do and MORE! Jose was awesome he came to my house and looked at our existing garage door opener showing me where the screw drive was wearing out. So he showed me a new particular LiftMaster garage door opener that had a 3/4 power motor and it could hook up to an app on your phone which is what I wanted. Thus I accepted the offer and he installed the new opener in less than a hour. He was very friendly and professional. He was very competent in every step installing the new opener

Technician was awsome. Professional, knowledgeable. The garage springs were replaced just 5 years ago. But could not support the door and failed. I appreciated that he spoke with me not AT me,. He noticed the black flakes on garage floor and on surface of door and did a futer assessment. Pricing is transparent, fair and reasonable. Wish we had called them the first time. Gilbert from Precision showed up on time, replaced my garage door springs, changed a broken metal bracket, and performed an overall inspection of my entire garage door, track system, etc., to ensure it was all in good working order. He called me 15 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he would arrive soon. He wore a mask the entire time he was with me (Covid precaution), and he was very polite and respectful. He reviewed the costs with me before performing the work, and he explained to me everything he changed/fixed once the work was completed. He even changed the burned out lightbulbs on my garage door opener for me, which was not a part of his job. He saw that I was getting ready to change the bulbs and offered to do it for me. I will use Precision (and Gilbert!) for any future garage door repair needs, and I would highly recommend them to others. :)
