Precision has upheld my opinion that they are a first rate company in all aspects. Repairperson, Jose Parea, arrived promptly at the appointed time, diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate for just repair of existng unit and also an estimate for installation of new equipment. Since he had previously repaired the unit 6 years ago and done an expert job and since our unit was 23 years old, we opted to replace unit. Repair was done in under an hour, as he promised. Not only is Mr. Parea an expert professional but the equipment provided is state-of-the art, quiet, smooth and superior to what we had. I am more than satisfied with company and their staff.

The spring on our garage door broke and we hoped for a repair that day. We called Precision and they were able to send a technician out within the next hour. The service technician, Jose Perea, was prompt and made the repair in a timely manner. He was respectful in answering any of our questions and informing us of any pertinent information concerning the garage door. We were pleased with the overall service and will call on Precision for any future repairs.

DJ came and I told him what was wrong....he looked things over, told me what had to be done....I told him to go ahead... What was nice, when I called, they said someone could come over that same day....DJ introduced himself...He was very courteous... I found Precision in the phone book and I didn't regret it... I called Precision Door service because my Garage spring broke. I made an appointment for later this afternoon. Jose called he was going be to my house in about 20 min. When he got to my house, he got right to work. He really knows his stuff. He explained everything he was going to do. He quoted me a price before he started, the final price was just as he quoted, no hidden fees. He was Fast. He cleaned up after he was done, a real professional. Worth every penny. I will refer Precision Door service to all my friends and neighbors.
