Call precision this morning they gave me an estimated price on the phone and gave me a 2 hour time slot. Between 4:00pm and 6:00pm it is now 5:12 they should up performed the work and the price was per quote can't ask for any better

Thank you very much for your help today. Our garage door stuck in the open position this morning and when I called your rep was able to immediately schedule us an appointment today. Your technician, Gilbert, arrived on time. He was very courteous and he explained the options available to us to have our door repaired and he completed the repairs in a timely manner. In a day and age where customer service seems to be in short supply it was refreshing to meet someone like Gilbert. The Precision Garage technician, Jose Perez, called me when he was on his way, arrived on time, reviewed the Good-Better-Best Options for my two openers; one failing and one ‘classic’ and then he installed two new openers, model 8550. Jose went over the operation of the openers and even Help setup the remote openers in my car. I felt exceptionally fortunate to have a friendly, professional such as Jose do the installation. He is the standard for ‘Best’ in a Good-Better-Best scenario.

On August 19th I had some repairs made to my single and double garage doors. Jose Perea, Field Supervisor assessed the work that needed to be done and provided an estimate which was very reasonable. The work was professionally done in less then the estimated time.

We wanted to upgrade to the new battery back-up garage door openers and bought 2.There are many companies to choose from but we're not going anywhere. This would be a no star review if the system let me....... No service performed, because I could not get anyone to call me back to assure me that all of the issues I discussed with the tech would be handled once they came out to perform the work. It has been 4 business days since I called and requested a call back from someone to help me, and I have called 3 times and emailed ktaylor@precisiondoor.net (the owner's last name is Taylor, so I'm betting wife, brother or other relative) but have been ignored. I have used these guys previously with generally positive results, but in this case they have dropped the ball from the get-go. Very sad to see a business being run into the ground like this.

Very good customer service when I called in to schedule a service appt. Then on the date of the appt, the service repairman was on the job timely, called me, advised me of all the issues found with the opener, including to make sure I was aware of the age of the opener. He gave me a detailed repair list and cost of same, which was very reasonable. I use this same company for a house in Las Vegas and received the same great services.

I called Precision after a very disappointing experience with another company. They told me the gears had broken on my old garage door opener. I told him it was simply not working occasionally. He told me NO...it was broken. He told me I NEEDED to buy a new one. So, I tried the unit again and it worked. He looked shocked and made some excuse up. He then jacked up the retail on putting a new unit in for me...and then when I told him no...preceded to go down in price. By that time, I had enough of his "sales job". I called Precision...they immediately came out - I described the issue. They checked the opener and told me the circuit board was aged (almost 20 years!) but the gears were fine...but old. His professionalism gave me the confidence to decide to buy a brand new unit and have it installed asap! They were quick, friendly, and really knew their stuff! ALL WITH A SMILE ON THEIR FACE! Our new belt drive Liftmaster is quiet, powerful, and works perfectly! Overall a tremendous experience from Precision and their talented and friendly staff. If you are looking for a similar outstanding experience - do not hesitate to call! Don't waste time on the others...trust me

Originally I was told that the repair man would come out between 4 and 6 PM today. Then I received a phone call stating that the repairman would be able to come over in the next 20 minutes and before 12:30 PM the work was completed. Praise God and hallelujah! Thank you Jose for a great job!

My garage door service was excellent. The service technician appeared at my house on the very same morning that I phoned Precision Door Service to arrange for the broken spring on my garage door to be repaired. The technician (Jose Perea) was friendly, worked quickly, and answered my questions cheerfully. He also lubricated my door's hinges and the drive screw on the door opener without my asking. When repairs were done, he demonstrated that the new springs that he installed exerted the correct amount of lifting force, so that the door's weight was exactly counterbalanced by the springs. My wife and I were completely satisfied with Mr. Perea's repair job, which was done quickly and correctly.

A few months ago I had Precision out to repair/replace my broken springs on our two car roll up door. Gilbert Garcia was our Technician. He did a wonderful quick repair. He was very professional and friendly. When we started having trouble with our door opener, I didn't think of any other company to call but Precision. To our surprise Gilbert was once again our Tech. He tried to fix the door opener as best he could however, it was old and on it's last leg. The "fix" he made could very well have gotten us by for months if not a year or two but I was wherry of it failing while I was away so we made the decision to replace the opener. Gilbert explained the different products to us so without making a suggestion of which one to purchase. We made the choice that we believe is best of us and we'll only have to wait a day to get it installed. Thank you Gilbert! and Thank you Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!

Precision has upheld my opinion that they are a first rate company in all aspects. Repairperson, Jose Parea, arrived promptly at the appointed time, diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate for just repair of existng unit and also an estimate for installation of new equipment. Since he had previously repaired the unit 6 years ago and done an expert job and since our unit was 23 years old, we opted to replace unit. Repair was done in under an hour, as he promised. Not only is Mr. Parea an expert professional but the equipment provided is state-of-the art, quiet, smooth and superior to what we had. I am more than satisfied with company and their staff.
